This morning we were eating ice cream outside. After a while my documents flew because of the wind. My husband ran after them to catch them. When he turned the corner I was curious and followed his. When we came back a minute later our ice cream containers had been collected from the table. I had some left but my husband still had ice cream, we were very surprised to see the ice cream thrown away. Everyone there saw what was happening and there was another table. The place wasn't even full and there was only one table sitting outside, I didn't think this rushed attitude was right at all. As soon as we caught the first nice weather we came here for ice cream. The shop is next to our house and we were regular customers last summer. I think it changed hands and we won't be going here again.

Gelato was delicious and 2 stars are for that. BUT no manners, both the girl who took the order and the one preparing the gelato, were rude and condescending. Not to sound snooty like those girls, but customers are the ones paying there not the other way around, so maybe be a bit humble and welcoming?
The guy who prepared the coffee looked so angry as if we committed a crime by ordering. It was also filled to the brim and impossible to put cream or sugar in it.
3 employees there and all 3 looked like they despised working and serving customers. Not sure how they hired them with that attitude.
Not a good experience, there are other dessert shops in this mall with a more welcoming atmosphere.

Not really sure what happened but definitely went downhill since COVID 19. During COVID I drove here right before closing to pick up cheesecake for my wife, who loved the cheesecake from here, but it was terrible, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt, and figured it might have been the last slice and was maybe sitting all day.
So we went here for dessert for my birthday last week.
The Cheesecake was gummy, and the Tiramisu was all ladyfingers, no espresso, and barely any mascarpone in which is the star of any Tiramisu, and is generally, in my experience, half of the dessert. We won't be coming back here for dessert that's for sure.
The gelato is great as it usually is, so that was a nice treat given the outcome on the other items.

Got a delicious crepe and it was fresh and everything I wanted. I got strawberries, vanilla ice cream and Nutella on the side. Cost $20.00 which seems a bit steep but it totally hit the spot!

This is a great place for after dinner desserts or midday coffee. Their gelato is very good, smooth throughout, not super sweet. They don't have a ton of flavours, but the ones that are there are very nice. You can ask to taste before you decide which flavour you want. I would like to request that they make Amarena flavour gelato. Please try! They serve illy coffee, and its always great. The cake/pastry selection is small but sufficient. This is a repeat spot for us for years.
Parking: There is parking around the shops, it usually fills up. Large parking complex behind the shops, no charge.
Kid-friendliness: They have gelato and some fun, kiddy flavours. It's also very bright and colourful inside, kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible. Not sure about washrooms

The presentation and taste of the crepes and gelato was so good when I ordered it. Very Nice and relaxing place to sit, eat a meal, and have a chat.
Great gelato spot with lots of flavours. A lot of the flavours are not authentic flavours but are interesting for gelato. The gelato itself is top quality however!
