The food was good overall, but the service definitely needs improvement. When I was seated, the waitress forgot to connect the iPad to my table, so I had to wait longer just to place my order. I ordered a miso soup as an appetizer but it arrived when I was nearly done eating, which defeated the purpose. The tempura soy sauce was also brought over only after I had almost finished my tempura shrimp, so I ended up using the regular salty soy sauce instead. While I enjoyed the taste...
Even tho I popped in for Take-Out, I was very happy for being my 1st time at AKANE! The service was friendly, attentive and the food looked aooo good…that I couldn’t resist to take a bite! Delicious!! Thank you
