We would like to take a moment to commend your team for the exceptional service we received during our visit on Friday, June 20. Despite the high volume of guests that evening, the experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish.
The hostess was courteous and accommodating, ensuring our party of five was well taken care of during the wait. Once seated, we were served by Emon and Eunice, who worked together with remarkable professionalism and warmth.
Emon was prompt, attentive, and efficient in managing our orders, while Eunice stood out for her kindness and generosity. She graciously offered complimentary desserts due to a delay with my mother’s dish, a gesture that was both thoughtful and appreciated. Her demeanor and attentiveness truly elevated our dining experience.
Both Emon and Eunice demonstrated exemplary customer service under pressure, and we are grateful for their efforts.

Found a keeper after being on the hunt for great Italian food in North York! Made reservations to come for a dinner with my family on a Tuesday night and it’s a good thing because the place was busy. We were seated promptly and served by the sweetest waiter. I took the prix fixe option and had the Avocado Caesar salad, Lasagna, and Tiramisu, all great. My family had the Pappardelle Salsiccia, Penne Capri, and Spaghetti & Meatballs. All of our food was authentic, fresh, and delicious. Next time we’ll try their pizzas made in their gorgeous pizza oven!

This place was on my radar for a while now, so when the opportunity came to visit with a friend, I took it! I really appreciated the plant based section of the menu, it made ordering very easy. Our server Nazir, was very attentive and quick to answer all our questions and get clarifications on some additional menu options. He brought us bread with butter and water to start. We ordered the soup of the day (asparagus), carciofi pizza and pesto pizza both with regular mozzarella, but I think my order got mixed up because I ended up receiving the plant based sausage pizza. I decided to just give it a try, because our server was just so nice, unfortunately it was not my favourite and I had enjoyed the pesto pizza much more. It’s okay though, I would’ve tried it on another visit anyways. I loved how we were given chilli oil, it was very delicious, he just knew! There is plenty of seating but it gets packed fast, so definitely plan a wait time during peak hours! The decor was very elegant and stunning, price was a bit high, but it’s located in one of the most expensive malls I’ve been to, so it’s definitely to be expected. Amazing spot, I look forward to another visit!

A safe choice to bring your friends.

From the super friendly hostess, to the ‘attention to detail’ serve staff and the magicians in the kitchen, by far, hands down, without a doubt, the BEST place to eat in Scarborough/North York. Delicious salmon on their price fixe and the alla Norma penne was to die for! Generous portions, but don’t forget the warm olives!

The food was incredible both meat base and plant base items are delicious, the tiramisu is to die for! It's such a comfortable place to dine, everyone is so nice from the host to Emon our server are great. Truly one of my favorite places

The food and service was amazing. Our server Emon went above and beyond to make our lunch extra special for my friends birthday. We had one hour for lunch and the food arrived quickly great presentation and amazing flavour. The hot oil was the best on the pizza perfect spice. Will defentily be back .

Completely lack of respect of customers' time. I showed up at 130pm for a table of 4. They assured me they had space, and they kept telling me "5 more minutes", for over half an hour.

The staff had given the bill to an existing table that continued to loiter around for 30+ minutes, and the staff insisted to me that they couldn't do *anything* to encourage the other table to leave until *they* chose to leave. I guess they don't want my money.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner celebration! Our server, Emon was friendly and helpful. He kept bringing bread for the tweens in our party and was attentive. Some of us had the prixe fixe menu (your choice of app, main, and dessert for $38.99) and others ordered a la carte. Food was good and atmosphere was okay for a small restaurant in the mall. Caesar salad appetizer was a little bland, but warm olives were good. Pastas and pizza was good quality and tasty. Tiramisu was a hit even though we were all full!

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian and plant-based options and tagged on the menu with a leaf symbol

Kid-friendliness: Fine for kids although not a kid-oriented place
