Decent food but bad service. For a mall that seems small they don’t have good policies when it comes to elderly ppl using walkers and parents with strollers. Perhaps it's a spacing issue as they want to maximize and cram tables in. Everyone has to park it in the front. We got their early and while we told the hostess we would have someone with a stroller, when the rest of our party arrived, he waiter wouldn't let us move forward into the restaurant proper with the stroller and tried to make us leave it in the front. I understand the need but seems to be communication issue then between hostess and wait staff as there was plenty of tables available closer to front so we wouldn't have to drag entire car seat into the far end of restaurant.Also saw others struggle to be allowed to sit with help of walker before someone took it away, again refusing them use of their aid to enter. While cumbersome, seems like it would be a fire hazard and safety issue

We tried to reserve a table for 6 about three hours before arriving and they said, "We don't do reservations." We show up, tons of space and tables open, and the hostess snootily says, "We can't accommodate such a large group." I cannot stress enough how many tables were open and could have been pushed together to seat us.
Il Fornello has excellent authentic Italian pizza.
