I ordered cookies at 10 cookies came at 12 it’s a 20 minute drive the driver was rude and it took way too long and cookies were hard and cold

There's only 1 choice for gluten free cookies (chocolate chip) but it's AMAZING! Staff (Case was helping me today) was friendly and the shop was very clean & pretty ✨

Took my money, the product never arrived. Didn't call me, didn't do anything. I tried to call the storefront -- no one answered. I was able to get a refund via Uber, but I would never consider ordering from here again. It's too late to order elsewhere, so the special treat I was planning is now unable to be enjoyed.
1 star, and if you check my other reviews, you'll see that I almost always post positive reviews. It takes a special failure to push me to go out and post a negative review.
