Mochi taro milk tea tasted horrid. I don’t know what I was expecting with the mochi topping, but it tasted like slimey mush that was incredibly difficult to suck up with the straw. Grape iced tea tasted a bit too artificial. Wouldn’t try this place again.

The service was fine. Not great. Just fine. I was getting takeaway. Simple order. I asked for a medium Taro Milk Tea. Half the size of what I get at other places and for the same price. Taro....brown???? I've only ever had purple, but I'm game. it was HORRIBLE. It was like sucking in a mouthful of wet powder with every sip. Basically $10.00 went to the trash bin. Never again.

Ordered a matcha milk tea with cake mousse. It tasted pretty good. The woman who took my order was very friendly. The interior decor is nice and bright, plus they have a few different seating options to choose from if you want to dine in.

We ordered takeout from here recently and were really happy with our drinks. We both ordered the Premium Mixed Fruit Green Tea and it was delicious. It had a scrumptious citrus flavour and lots of fruits inside the drink. We added tapioca to the beverages and were really happy with the outcome. The restaurant serves takeout orders in a really cute branded bag and the drinks were just as good. We ordered them without ice and were happy with the quantity. Fruits included in the beverage were strawberries, watermelon, orange, and lime. It's nice to get a drink with fruit inside because after you finish your drink you get a dessert with fruit infused with the lemonade fruit punch for dessert. Would we Go Back? Absolutely!

I order from this place on UberEats almost every week. It's one of very few bubble tea places where I like both their milk tea and fruit options. Some places have great real fruit slushies, but their milk tea tastes like something you can make at home. Others have amazing milk tea, but their fruit drinks are artificial. So Its Tea is a place where I can grab one of each to hit the minimum fee and I know I'd love them both. Whether I want something thick or light, sweet or refreshing, they got it! I tend to shuffle between the Pearl Milk Tea with Cake Mousse, Mange Slush with Ice Cream, Orange Milk Refresher, and Grape Iced Tea. I've also tried their Premium Mixed Fruit Green Tea and Peach Oolong Tea when they are buy one get one. My family and friends also like the drinks they get, like the Peach or Watermelon Slush, and Oreo Cocoa Smoothie. Compared to other bubble tea places I order from, I don't recall them every messing up or forgetting something (Example, for Chatime, I've gotten a completely different drink, and didn't get the tapioca I paid extra for more than once. After waiting an hour, it totally dampens your day). Its Tea is consistent and tasty. I hope they stay open and keep expanding. I was just getting into Happy Lemon before they closed, and this place reminded me of them.

Your tea is amazing but please be open at uber eats. Don’t say that delivery unavailable because far. I was one of your often customer and now u will lose one because of Uber and that u don’t do delivery because I’m near Hillcrest mall. Excuses. If u want to earn money it’s no excuse too.

ordered my usual taro storm and the lady didn’t make the drink properly, frozen oreos are all stuck at the bottom of the cup. please make the drinks properly next time

I tried this shop because it has a nice yellow color. Surprising the peach lychee green tea is quite good, cold enough, not too sweet but strong peach and green tea flavour. Lots of real lychee fruit.Store looks clean. Price is a bit expensive.
