I purchased the oxtail meal and while the service was very friendly, the meal was hands down the worse oxtail I ever had in my life. The meat was stuck to the bones like glue, couldn’t even remove it with a knife. Maybe their other dishes are good, but I would not recommend the oxtail.

I am not one to leave bad reviews on restaurants but , This was absolutely terrible, the chicken was raw, the curry chicken was terrible and grainy and also the rice still had water in it . The presentation was horrible, unfortunately I was disgusted. The plantain was not properly done and the rice and peas did not taste good ,The spicy sauce was literally oil... like you guys could have done it with a little love . As a true Jamaican this is not a good representation of our food. So please to shut this down .. Ridiculous!!

I’m not one to leave a bad review but, After a previous unpleasant experience with the jerk chicken at this restaurant, I decided to give it another try, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, I was met with the same issues: the dish was excessively spicy to the point of being unenjoyable, and a few hours after eating, I experienced severe stomach pains and discomfort. It’s clear that my initial experience wasn’t an anomaly. Given this consistent pattern, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. If you have a sensitive stomach
or prefer milder flavors, it’s best to avoid this place

I'm so mad at this location, the lady who took my order was rude like be nice with customers are hard to do. She charged me $.25 on me using Credit card without me mentioning that will be charge. She pointed at a paper and told me it's written here, the paper written with a faded pencil hard to see what's written and what's it about... Honestly I usually don't like to write a review even if it's bad food thinking it might be a one day thing, but rude service I had to write about, especially when it's super rude and unprofessional...

Having grown up in the restaurant business, I'm a little more critical. But Jerk King has delicious food. It is priced right (economical) and these days everyone is taking their orders home/out to save money. The portions are also good, and one meal ends up being two for me. Caribbean food tastes just as good, if not better the next day!

this food court location has a lotto be proud of . friendly and attentive i think they make my favourite meat patties in town. Delicious crisp, flakey yellow crust generously filled with well balanced spices and beef. I take one star away for the overly spiced Jerk Chicken. No not the jerk spice. A little heavy on the nutmeg. Great well cooked portions of chicken on just the right amount of rice to balance the jerk. i have a personal bias : more beans in the rice please, not a criticism. i’m being greedy. my favourite jerk in the city , favourite patty, favourite location . i hope to be back soon.
