Having grown up in the restaurant business, I'm a little more critical. But Jerk King has delicious food. It is priced right (economical) and these days everyone is taking their orders home/out to save money. The portions are also good, and one meal ends up being two for me. Caribbean food tastes just as good, if not better the next day!

this food court location has a lotto be proud of . friendly and attentive i think they make my favourite meat patties in town. Delicious crisp, flakey yellow crust generously filled with well balanced spices and beef. I take one star away for the overly spiced Jerk Chicken. No not the jerk spice. A little heavy on the nutmeg. Great well cooked portions of chicken on just the right amount of rice to balance the jerk. i have a personal bias : more beans in the rice please, not a criticism. iâm being greedy. my favourite jerk in the city , favourite patty, favourite location . i hope to be back soon.

And the attitude.After accepting they didnât have what I was coming for and patiently waiting 20 minutes for things to be ready⌠everything I normally got, I didnât get. Everything I asked for, I was told no. What I did get though, was a healthy serving of attitude.I wonât be back.

The only reason I'm giving it a second star is because the jerk chicken I get is ok. What I can longer accept is the poor service and sour face that doesn't greet you or offer to take your order. I have never experienced such apathy and disregard for patrons.

BEWARE! â ď¸ They serve outdated food, overnight meat or very old ingredients. Had instant diarrhea 2 times when i ate there. It never happens to me with other place. Please be cautious. Their attitude towards humans tells you alot! Just read the reviews. They don't care. DO NOT GO.
