Jimmy the Greek never disappoints! The food is always fresh, clean, and full of flavor. I actually go out of my way sometimes just to eat here—it’s that good. Portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and it always feels like a wholesome, satisfying meal. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and consistency! I cannot say enough great things about the service I receive here! I think the manager’s name is Farhad (apologies if I got that wrong), but he seriously goes above and beyond every single time. He’s always so pleasant, helpful, and just makes the whole experience better

used to come to this location regularly, but after today, I won’t be returning. The customer service was shockingly poor, and the staff’s behaviour was downright disrespectful.

All I asked for was less rice with my meal. When I also requested potatoes, the person at the counter clearly didn’t like that and made a big deal out of it, speaking to me in a rude and condescending tone — as if I was doing something wrong or trying to get away with something.

Let’s be clear: I was more than willing to pay extra if needed. The issue wasn’t the food — it was the attitude and the complete lack of professionalism. Very disappointing experience from a place I used to support

The first time I ate at Jimmy the Greek’s at Fairview mall was nothing shy of being of excellent food and service. They went above and beyond expectations that I didn’t have. The calamari was soooo good. I am thinking of making that one of my go to’s as one of my favourite dishes. The batter was soooo light and cooked to perfection. The shrimp meal I had was delicious and perfect pairing with my calamari. I know when I come back that will be one of my all time favourites for sure. The staff are very friendly and easy to speak with. I felt like I was one of the family. I left with a full stomach and smile on my face. Thank u so much.

The manager was so apologetic. He made an effort to find us. He deserves a commendation. For sure I will go back for my lunch. I ordered calamari salad.

The customer service here is always very poor. The rice has gotten worse over time. At first, I thought maybe it was a fluke, but consistently now the rice is always hard. Mostly, it's the customer service that makes it a drag to order there.

Ordered a gyro dinner which was pretty good. Unfortunately the cashier charged me the price of a more expensive lamb roast dinner even after verifying the container’s content seconds prior. Have to ask for a refund. Not sure how many customers they tried to pull this on.

Garbage garbage garbage customer service! The people over there act so weird. I don't get why they have so much hate. I went there a few times in the hope that they would be nicer, but not at all. I asked if they could put extra tomatoes; I don't want anything else. You should have seen my plate; it was literally 3 slices of tomatoes! Even though i asked only cucumber and tomatoes 🤦 I always talk nicely and tell them please, but they don't care at all. I definitely say food good but because of customer service i would never go back there. This is third location i avoid because of customer service 👎

this used to be one of our favourite places. we just ordered there, they forgot one of our items (pita and tzatziki side that we indeed paid for). meat tasted not fresh, in fact it was hard. we asked for no olives on the salad, which one of our salads had no tomatoes and the other salad had no onions? on top of that, old, brown lettuce was used. we are not at all happy… this place used to much better 5 years ago.
