The food at this location is wonderful, I usually order chicken soulavki and everything is tasteful; chicken, rice, salad and potatoes and also customer service is excellent too .

Went here today around noon/early afternoon on Tuesday (June 24) and ordered the pita and chicken souvlaki meal — the food was fresh and really tasty! Even though it was busy, the female staff were super nice, friendly, and patient. They stayed calm and helpful the whole time. I really appreciated their attitude, and it made my experience so much better. Will definitely come back!

I was actually going to Subway beside it but because of a long lineup there, thought to get lunch from Jimmy the Greek. I used to have a good experience but my god, the woman making the pita was so rude and dismissive. The same thing said by the woman next to her was much better way and tone but this woman making the item seemed like she was disgusted with her job and every person she met. Being a counselling therapist, I did sense some upset energy in her body language and behavior but she is handling food!! That bad intention goes into people's food for God sakes. Either she needs to be in a different job/position at the store or requires more training on customer service. This clearly shows why Subway had a huge line and Jimmy the Greek didn't. Really bad experience!

We ordered 5 orders from Jimmy the Greek via Uber and the noticed there only 4 orders when we opened the bag. 1 order is missing. The order id / # is B9FA1. We called Jimmy the Greek at 4821 Yonge Street and the number is NOT activated. We are giving this a 1 Star because of the note above. We even called the Uber number and got no call back.

Only go during the weekday lunch or dinner rush. The food stays on the hot table way too long if you go outside those time frames. Meat tends to get tough and dry.

I ordered 2 side orders of gyros. They said this is 2 side orders. This was 14$. I think the portion is not very generous.
I tried calling to ask for no rice only potatoes (I’m pregnant and rice is just an ick for me right now) and someone answered and then hung up??? I’ve been trying to call over the course of 20 minutes multiple times to ask for this simple thing as DoorDash doesn’t have the option to ask for only Potatoes.

Greek food that's okay, I suppose? Got a falafel pita, some salad, and potatoes. Potatoes were decent at best. But the salad and falafel pita are another story. I can't see how tzetziki and cheese go together, and in case you were wondering it tastes bad. Falafels weren't the best, so yeah probably go to A&W or something. (In spite of this review, don'tget tzetziki and cheese together in a salad/pita. You'll regret it.)
