Love the signature rice noodle 😍
best rice noodle place in town
Today, I ordered two bowls of rice noodles online—one medium spicy and one non-spicy. I even specifically noted in the remarks that one bowl should be completely non-spicy because my friend is breastfeeding and cannot eat spicy food. When I went to pick up the order, the girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude—her face looked like she had eaten something disgusting. If she’s so unhappy, why even come to work? There’s no excuse for treating customers with such rudeness.
To make matters worse, when I got home and opened the food, both bowls were spicy. This is completely unacceptable, especially after I clearly emphasized the importance of one bowl being non-spicy. Additionally, the pictures of each dish on your website are all the same, which is misleading and unhelpful.
If you can’t handle running a food business properly, you should at least be open to feedback instead of giving customers attitude. If this is how you operate, maybe it’s better to just close down.
small portion, bad service
Great spot that we found adjacent to the Spark by Hilton hotel. Ordered the double beef with wheat noodles in soup and it was phenomenal: flavor, texture, mix of ingredients. Very local feel, which is a plus.
Lukewarm noodles and not spicy. Had to get them to heat up in microwave
Good place for spicy rice noodle, Hunan regional flavor, very good!! Get the dry spicy one with soup on the side!!
Small, cozy spot. Fast, flavourful food.
This was my first visit to this location, as I usually visit the Ajax location. Service is extremely fast, I would estimate a 1-2min wait after putting the order in. Order by qr code provided at the table. There is little service unless you call them, for new water bottle etc. Imagine a food court style, where you order, get your food, and eat at the table on your own, however they do bring out the food for you.
We had a large group today, total 10 people. My friend called in advance for them to save a spot for us.
Food was flavourful, I got mild zhacai pork with extra pork and it was a good amount of heat. I forgot to add extra veg today. My companions had never tried Jin's before, and they all said it was good. Portions are very generous, and one of the options is extra noodles at no extra charge. I got my husband the triple beef in medium, he said it was quite spicy for his tolerance level. I got the black fungus pork for my daughter.
I also got the demon egg and tofu for my companions to try, it is one of my favourite side dishes at Jin's. It is slightly spicy with a lot of flavour.
The meat was way too salty. I don’t think I will be coming back for it again.
One of the best glass noodle places in GTA

Great rice noodles, we loved the signature double beef one. Would try again.

One person works as a chef, waiter, and cashier in the entire store. Rice noodles that taste like pre-made dishes cost more than 20 dollars. Might as well eat whatever you want at the foodcourt

There is a parking lot at the door. It is spicy, numb and refreshing.

When I came here for the first time, I ordered the signature double-combination beef noodles. The food was served very quickly, and it was served within two minutes of placing the order. The taste is very average, the spiciness overwhelms the taste of the soup itself, and you can't taste the umami. There were only a few sparse slices of beef, and it tasted like ground beef jerky.
Service is basically non-existent. After getting a glass of water, it was never refilled. I asked the clerk for a refill and waited for 15 minutes but no one came. After greeting me for a long time, no one responded. They were all busy in the back and didn't even look at the dining area. It was only when the waiter pushed a cart over to take over the table next to mine that I had the opportunity to urge it again.
Finally, there’s the price. A bowl of noodles costs $18 after tax and tip, which is really not worth it.
