Personally I thought the place was great. If you're doing dine in, you can seat yourself and scan the QR code on the table to place your order, otherwise there is one physical menu at the front counter in case the QR code does not work for you. Service was extremely fast and the food was fresh and so tasty. It was a large serving size and they also had the option to refill noodles for I think around $2 if you decide you wanted to share 1 bowl with another person. However, there was no dessert options and there was only a limited selection of drinks but they had a few cold side dishes options. For the price, I think it's a great option if you're just looking to have a quick meal.

Overall it's good but if you order from fantuan or any other apps, I believe, you need to buy a minimum $20 of food to be eligible for the pick-up... I haven't been there for months because of this weird requirement... Food is salty and there's no option to be less salty cuz it's pre-made. Maybe they do not care about complaints or opinions from customers or I do not know, but they keep the minimum pick up price for such a long time. Not sure about their business strategy but it seems getting maximum from customers pocket is definitely one! The food to be honest is good taste.

This is Hunan-style rice noodles with a rich, flavorful broth and smooth yet springy noodles. The spice level is adjustable, and the soup has a bold, spicy kick. Overall, it’s a reliable choice whenever you’re craving Hunan-style rice noodles.

I like their food. Taste great. Noodles done perfect. Staff good. However I am concerned with the franchise owner mentality… food not cooked the same way for their Woodbine and Ajax locations. Front glass ( windows) filthy totally uninviting. Front big sign is dark at 5:15 pm when sunset happened at late 4 pm. Discourage patrons to pay by credit card. Refuse to stamp and honor frequently user card that this company issued to loyal patrons… decor inside is way unattractive when compared to Ajax store. Sorry we will not come back.

The place is quite good, with great options to eat well at a very reasonable price. Besides being delicious, the portions are huge, which definitely adds extra points.

The only downside would be the service. The waiter who served me and the person at the cash weren’t very friendly. A smile, at least, wouldn’t hurt.

Great food! Highly recommend the spicy version of the rice noodles/ pho!! Tasted so good! The non spicy noodles were good as well but we all feel the spicy version tastes better! Anyone who loves spicy food should definitely try this place!

best rice noodle place in town

Today, I ordered two bowls of rice noodles online—one medium spicy and one non-spicy. I even specifically noted in the remarks that one bowl should be completely non-spicy because my friend is breastfeeding and cannot eat spicy food. When I went to pick up the order, the girl at the front desk had a terrible attitude—her face looked like she had eaten something disgusting. If she’s so unhappy, why even come to work? There’s no excuse for treating customers with such rudeness.

To make matters worse, when I got home and opened the food, both bowls were spicy. This is completely unacceptable, especially after I clearly emphasized the importance of one bowl being non-spicy. Additionally, the pictures of each dish on your website are all the same, which is misleading and unhelpful.

If you can’t handle running a food business properly, you should at least be open to feedback instead of giving customers attitude. If this is how you operate, maybe it’s better to just close down.
