Jokbal Night Market (족발 야시장 업타운)

This place is a real gem. It feels like it’s run by a husband-and-wife team, and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into everything. The overall experience is always satisfying, and the jokbal is genuinely really good—tender, flavorful, and consistently well-prepared.

The only minor downside is that parking can be a bit inconvenient, depending on the time you go. But honestly, it’s still worth it, and I find myself coming back often.

If you’re craving solid jokbal with a warm, local vibe, this spot is an easy recommendation.

Ordered the jokbal bossam combo and hwangtaetang. Tasty and portions were huge. Loved the soup as appetiser too, flavourful and warming in the cold :)

Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and friendly service. The soft tofu stew was especially amazing—flavorful, comforting, and perfect for a cold day. I will definitely come back!

Tasty jokbal (korean braised pork feet) for a fair price. Come during the evening and drink some soju with it, with all the other koreans who already know this is a great place.

Had the large bossam. Good portion for 4 ppl. Also had the half n half Mak-guksu (cold noodles). Tasty refeshing broth with textural noodles 👍.
Banchan are also good and refillable. Hot soup that comes with the meal is flavourful and also refillable, perfect for the blustery cold evening we were there in January. Service is attentive. Would go back.

One of the best bossam places in the city, food is delicious and always consistent. The cheese and bacon kimchi jeon is so good nice and crispy I love their food even the kongnamulguk is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!
