I always enjoy visiting Jollibee—it’s my go-to comfort fast food. The fried chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and well-seasoned without being too salty. The Jolly Spaghetti and Burger Steak are also consistent favorites, and I really like that the portions are good for the price.

Service has been friendly and fast every time I’ve visited. Jeff in particular was very accommodating and approachable, he made sure our order was correct, checked on us while we were eating, and handled everything with a smile even though it was busy. Little things like that really make the experience stand out. The place is usually clean, from the tables to the washroom, which makes the visit even better.

I paid by cash and the cashier short-changed me. When I ordered my chicken meal I had to wait a little longer. Because the server decided to serve the Filipino girl first. Eventhough I was the first in line. She did not even line up to place her order. I told the server why is he serving the girl first. He made some dumb excuse I ordered rice instead of fries. But the rice was already prepared. He just decided that his Filipino people come first before any other colour. I think he acted that way towards me because I am not Filipino. He saw the colour of my skin before anything else and he treated me how he wanted based on that. I think he has some racist actions toward non-Filipinos. I will never go back to this location because it is just a turn off for me. The food was good but I am disappointed how he acted.

8.30pm. ordered 10pc bucket mixed.
Regular Chicken - Not as crispy as seen on TV. Doesn't really have much flavour... mostly taste the brine / salt.

Spicey chicken - Bad.... not juicy... seemed like it sat under the heat lamp for hours.

When jolliebee first opened... i lined up to eat it.. and it tasted much different. the spicy seasoning felt like it was a dry dusting..... the one I had today felt like some WET variant.. and tasted nothing like it..... either the seasoning has changed or this location sucks.

got hungry went to fridge heated up the left over spicy and ate it..... then logged on to change from 3 stars to 2..

I normally have a wonderful experience at Jolibee, but disappointed today as I ordered an Angus Aloha burger and got the Angus Deluxe burger instead. Not impressed...
