Do not give Tips!!! Restaurant does not share the tip with the employees. Servers only gets an hourly pay and restaurant keeps all the tips.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at your restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was spoiled by the service — the new waitress who served us was very rude and unprofessional. It was very disappointing to face such behavior on such an important day for us. I hope management will provide better training for new staff and improve the quality of service.

We have been visiting Koz Bingol quite often recently, but unfortunately the service has gone downhill after the staff changes, especially with the new waitresses. The new girl was very
rude and often forget our orders, so we have to repeat everything twice. She even assumed we didn’t understand her language and started complaining under her breath. This is very disappointing, especially for regular customers like us. The only positive part was that the male waiter came and apologized.

I eat alot of swaramas all over town. From Alphas, Royal, lazees, tahini. Alot of them. I like this place because it's generous on fillings and the wrap is very unique.
