I ordered family bucket online and went there to pick up. Found out the store is closed today (Christmas Day). While order status said “preparing now”. I called the phone number on online order but no one is answering. They scammed me! What kind of system do allow customers to order when the store is closed??

If you look at other reviews you'll see the same bucket and caution tape from 3 months ago is still there, even when the dining room is completely empty and I'm the only one in line it took 5 minutes just to take the order. Corporate needs to step up and fully renovate this establishment, it doesn't look like it's been touched for 25 years.
Quick service at drive thru, drive thru person suggested me great deal of chicken bucket. Everything was so fresh and well packed. I’ll visit again for sure at this location. Top- notch customer service.

Been here a few times as it was closer to my home, however this will be the last time I go here to this location. I have never seen a KFC store cut up out chicken to smaller pieces, for example a thigh or a breast they will cut it into 3-4 pieces. Not sure if they count those as pieces and my god the chicken wasn’t crispy at all and all was soggy. Not sure what happened to this location but I vow not to come back here again and rather go Popeyes instead, at least their chickens portion are bigger and crispier. Highly NOT recommended at this location!!!

THE CASHIER ON THE FRONT IS SO RUDE, SHE MADE US CONFUSE WHEN ORDERING SHE KEEPS ON ROLLING HER EYES TO US, AND INSTEAD OF EXPLAINING TO US WHATS THE DIFFERENCE ABOUT THE ORDERS SHE JUST GAVE US AN ATTITUDE AND RAISE HER VOICE TO US THE WHOLE TIME. HER NAME ON THE RECEIPT IS (SHANTA) NOT SURE IF ITS HER NAME THO AS THEY DOESNT HAVE A NAME TAG.THEY ALSO PACKED THE OUR FOOD RUSHING ENDED UP MESS IN THE BOX.

The big crunch was great. Packed with lots of chicken meat. I ordered the combo which included the fries and the drink and I paid extra for a side of gravy. The french fries was room temperature. Also, I felt that they cut down the amount of fries they’re giving and still charging the same combo price if not more. instead of gravy they gave me macaroni salad. I got that exchange for the gravy, which is what I originally asked for. they apologized. Then when I went to get a sip of my drink, I noticed they gave me Coke instead of iced tea. I went up to the desk again and they gave me the iced tea and I had said that good thing I decided to eat at the restaurant had I gone to my car and drove off then I would’ve been stuck with that. I did not want and did not say anything about it. That’s just truly sad CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then there is also a huge leak in the main dining area as well. Overall, I was not impressed with this location as my first impression and my last impression. It wasn’t even busy at all when I placed my order at the time. Even when I received my order, there’s no one else there. How can they mess up the gravy and the drink when that is what they punched in the machine and that’s what it says in the receipt and you give me the wrong items? The individual, the kitchen and the individual at the cash poured me the wrong drink. I don’t know how fast food restaurants plan to keep customers like me when I would rather just go somewhere else which is what I plan on doing next time I feel for chicken sandwich. I’d rather go somewhere like Wendy’s, where I know they’ll get it right all the time. ?

It has good and respectable staff. Unfortunately, they don't talk much and don't smile, but they do their job very well. The food and the quality of the chicken and fries have room for improvement. I think it is in competition with Papa's, but it is still far from Casco and Chick Philly. Chickens can be tastier and fresher. French fries can also be less oily and fresher. I guess the bitter taste of the chickens is related to the oil.
In any case, thank you to KFC and thank you for your good service. The tables and hall were very clean and we were very hungry and it was very tasty.
