Placed an order with KFC at 530pm at 7:10pm order was not received called KFC they said that the order was delivered already I am like well not to me not sure where the order is but it was not received KFC was like well if you can come to the store we will replace the order I am like I can’t get to the store that is why I placed an order for delivery so I asked them for a refund not once did they KFC offer to resend the order out to me just saying that it was picked up with an uber delivery person Service was not there KFC was not there for their customers And the situation was not handled properly

The woman who works at the cash register chews gum and doesn't care about people. I asked for what she wanted. She gave me cold tea. I told her to change it and she asked for money for it and started swearing.

Was on a 30 min lunch break, decided to go order on drive thru for 2 snack wraps and ended up waiting 20 mins by the window and it’s not even that busy. I was only seeing the employees laughing and having conversations and when I asked what took so long she said they were just doing something like are you serious?? I know yall work a minimum wage job and that doesnt mean yall will waste other peoples time.
Very poor service — the staff didn’t even greet or look at us. The food was extremely salty, and the sandwich was way too small for over $12. I wouldn’t recommend this place, mainly because of the bad service and poor taste.

I loved this branch of kfc because the chicken is so nice and juicy and a little crispy.. however i bought the sliders and the chicken was super salty. I dont know why its like this but I am very disappointed. Hoping that they will be mindful of their food preparation and recipes more so it would not be like this again
