Rude workers at this location especially the brown male manager very unprofessional, disrespectful seems like he didn’t get a proper training as a manager / not qualified to be a manager or even not qualified to be working in canada. I ordered a 12pcs family bucket meal at this drive thru and i said “for the chicken you can give anything but pls no chicken thighs” right a way when i proceeded at the window he confronted me and got really mad and fully aggressive out of no where. Telling me that i can’t make that order and he wanted me to pay $5 extra for the white meat “which I clearly didn’t asked for it “ when i refused to pay the extra $5 he said “ i’ll just cancel your order and just go to another KFC branch”. I never argued with him or said something back to him but he still continuously talking nonstop saying words that are not related to my order. I didn’t bother wasting my time and left. There are also times when you order at drive thru they will have you waiting for at least 20mins as you proceed at the window you could see the dining area was empty not busy at all and they still keep you waiting for too long for no reason and they will tell you to parked your vehicle close by to the drive thru window and when your order is ready they will wave at you and you have to go down in your vehicle and get the order yourself from the window. KFC head office should replace everyone that works here. Pls save yourself for some headaches don’t go to this KFC branch 3777 keele st.

Probably the worst kfc I have ever had.. and I’m old, so that’s a lot of kfc.. PLS DONT EAT HERE. Their famous chicken sandwich was soggy with no crunch… Their fried chicken was sooo salty that you can’t eat. The Pepsi was flat, which I asked them to change. Trust me DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I came to this location on September 10th the customer service representative that was working the drive thru was very rude. The way the representative conducted her customer service skills towards a customer was not respectful and neither was it was good representation of the company. Please review how the training of your employees are conducted. If I could give this location a zero I would.
The Keele and Finch KFC location is the only KFC location that makes proper KFC chicken. It's seasoned and battered to perfection, the way it's supposed to be. The pieces come off of a full size kitchen and the pieces are fresh and moist unlike other locations were the pieces are dry as a corpse and just as old.

Very poor customer service. Going forward I will avoid this location. This is not a customer friendley location from my experience. They made me feel really bad when I asked for 1 sweet and sour sauce. They wanted me to pay 0.55 extra, unfortunately I didn't have the extra change at the time, and they still refused to give it out of courtesy. At that point they were quick to offer meba refund, which I took. They prefered to give me back my money and take back the meal to dispose of it, just because I didn't have thw extra change to pay for the sauce:(
