Ordered the Big Crunch sandwich. I took a bite and it felt awfully cold and dry. I took a look inside and it was pink.
They gave me a new one, which was hot, not pink, and definitely made fresh. Im really thankful for the replacement but giving 1 star because of the health risk. Mistakes happen but when it comes to food safety it should be done right the first time 😔

I asked this brown chick who claims to be a manager very kindly to simply give me my poutine deconstructed which is something that has never been an issue at this kfc nor any other restaurant in my life and she was power tripping and telling me that it’s not allowed when I’m just asking to give me the fries, gravy and cheese separately
I proceeded to go to the McDonald’s down the street and they kindly fulfilled my request
Don’t go here if you expect good service

Fix your drive thru! Always down and told to come in instead. 1 out of my last four visits have I been able to be served by drive thru.. They should still take the order but punch it in at the front and service at the drive thru, what is the difference??
Service was ok, I had Taco Bell, which was also OK. The tap machine prompts for a tip now (!?) and the place smells noticeably of rodent urine.
