Very poor service at the drive-thru. We were not informed about extra charges, even though we ordered a combo, which should include everything. When we asked what the additional charge was for, the employee said “you ordered 2 onion rings.” We said that was fine, but the issue is why we were not informed about this in advance. Instead of explaining, she started interrupting us, was rude, and didn’t let us finish speaking. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. If you want to ruin your evening and mood, this is the place to go. We will not be coming back.

Disgusting customer service. We were literally scammed. The girl at the register wouldn’t let us speak, kept interrupting us, and never explained what we were being charged for. We ended up paying extra for something we were not informed about at all. This is unacceptable. Fire the people working there. Absolutely horrible experience.

Hello my fellow Kfc eaters if you ever think about comming to this location don’t. the workers are so rude the food is always missing something they either forget a peice or they forget the whole order example i ordered 3 boxes of the 4 peice chicken and asked 2 boxes spicy 1 mild we got 3 mild but thats not the issue when i told them what happened they were like no sir you ordered all mild. They did not bother to check the receipt and started acting rude i was like why are u talking this way its so rude and they kept taking like that i was like i don’t wanna eat anymore gave them every single box every dipping sauce for a refund . This is what happened only this time if i have reviewed every single time i had a problem with this location it will have 1 star max the workers over there think they own the place .

Really impressed with this KFC! The chicken was crispy, juicy, and exactly what you hope for. The team working today was super polite and moved the line quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, even during busy hours. Definitely one of the better KFC locations I’ve visited!
I'm doing Uber when I come in and they said it was being packed and I waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes they told me it wasn't ready, there was no chicken and I had to wait longer. How can there be no chicken in a chicken shop? The staff is incompetent and unimportant, it's really bad. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Filthy, garbage cans over flowing, took 8 minutes to clean a spill on the counter where they were serving food. Floor sticky and gross, tables not cleaned. Placed an online order, waited well past pick up time, they hadn't even pulled the order to start making it I thought it was bad years ago, it's even worse now. Will not be back. Go to Jane and Finch, they are fast and clean
