The workers here are disgusting, their manners and the food they serve are garbage and looking at the reviews many people have had the same bad experience as me

The store supose to close at 10:30 Dec 26th but the employees closed tge door at 10:08 and didn't let me in.
That's very unprofessional of them

I would complain about the food but when I approach the door the lady suddenly scurried to the back like a rat. My first thought was that's weird but then I tried opening the door and it was locked. It was 30 minutes before closing. I knock on the door and no one answers! I gave up since there is literally no point and when I turn around to look I see them giggling. I simply cannot forget that every time I come there it takes at least 30-50 minutes to serve food to 4 customers! The workers are as slow as a sloth and act terrible to all customers.

HORRIBLE!!!! I came here and waited an eternity! Not one person had any sense of urgency for a fast food place. There was one person ahead of me and I had to wait for them to order, and get their food before I could even order. My food took forever just to be served old chicken anyways. For an empty restaurant, it does not make sense for the speed of service to be extremely slow. Who are we waiting on??

Omg KFC right here at Jana Finch is the worst the worst the worst the worst the worst and I'm not over exaggerated the worst location I've ever been to in my whole entire life and I'm from Jane and Finch let me start off by saying I came there on a Tuesday for a two piece tuning special and this Ethiopian girl that works at the cash register I don't know what's wrong with her she's rude and she moves extremely slow like she's doing it on purpose to piss off all the customers that's inside and she has the audacity to ask the customers what did they order after they took the order from her and asking the customers to look at the receipt and repeat the order to her which I find insanity I waited there for at least 2 hours the way this Ethiopian lady was taking orders she was slow worse than molasses and people inside was getting angry and upset when she finally took my one simple two-piece order she was moving extremely slow and asking me to calm down and wait and she was telling every last one of those customers inside there the same thing and trust me I will never ever come back to this location again right here at Jane and Finch I'll go to the one at Wilson and Jane and I want to tell the top manager that owns all the KFC that you need to fire that Ethiopian lady and hire somebody that has more better experience than her and work fast for things like this to be not tolerated it's ridiculous
I get big crunch sendwich with combo. Very bad smell dirty oil fries and sendwich chicken.very poor management. Change the oil

The chicken was as tasty as any other KFC, but ...
After both my friend and I paid at the kiosk, they said they didn't have our orders in their system. I had to show them my bank transaction to prove that I ordered the 3 piece combo instead of the 2 piece combo. The girl was very apologetic and nice but closing just seems to be a mess.
I recommend going well before closing and NOT using the kiosk.
