worst kfc ever don’t go here, the workers gave my food to a random guys even though i told them it was mine they knew they should have checked but her ego stopped her from checking again which made me wait another twenty minutes for my food and even though it came out she was too busy talking with the cook for another ten minutes, causing my food to go cold even with reminders she was very disrespectful even though she look old enough to know how the world works.

I just paid $28 for a 3-piece meal plus a sandwich. That’s 4 items total, so $28 ÷ 4 = $7 per piece—and what I got were wing-size drumsticks and half thighs being passed off as full pieces.
I held the drumstick up to my hand and it looked like something off the kids’ menu. The “thighs” were basically sliced in half and still counted as whole pieces. For seven bucks a piece, I shouldn’t be squinting to find the meat.
The taste was fine, but when you’re paying that much and still leave hungry, it’s a complete ripoff. Between the tiny portions and the price, I’m not buying from this KFC again.

Got the two spicy chicken snack wraps for 5 dollars today and while tasty and well constructed There was literally no spice to them whatsoever. Also the girl working the counter today had little to no personality. Service was fast though and food hot. All in all 4/5

I had one of the best fast-food experiences at this KFC. The chicken was piping hot, perfectly crispy and juicy inside. The staff greeted me with smiles and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted. The fries were fresh and the gravy was rich and flavorful. The restaurant was spotless and even the washroom was clean. It’s great to see a KFC maintaining such high standards. I’ll definitely be coming back often.

Today 27th October around 8Pm I ordered from the location 1800 sheppard avenue east. And the girl who was serving in the front counter showing attitude to me. I ordered online it says ready she asked me to come 15 mins later. When I went she didn’t give me any napkins or ketchup. Which was clearly mentioned in my order I picked up my order which was already ready but she gave me 1 ketchup and no napkins when I asked she behaved very rudely with me as if she’s paying out of her pocket. And telling me ketchup and napkins you should add in the order which I already did and she said no you didn’t I didn’t see that. That’s not my fault if she doesn’t know how to see the receipt or pack the order. I work in customer service industry. This girl seriously needs to learn how to give proper customer service. Never coming to this location again and asking my friends and family to not to come here.

The family chicken pack was too oily, full of oil. They gave no plates with the food and no forks for the salad. We had to go again and again and ask for forks, plates ( which they didn’t give ) and they gave very less napkins too. Overall very bad service as compared to my previous KFC experience. This is the second time in a month with this bad experience at this location 🤷🏻♂️
