Well, I was on the counter and asking for a bucket, the Indian staff told me that we only have chicken left, which makes me and other customers totally amazed, what else do you serve in KFC? May I order a juicy steak here? Staff would not do anything else but chatting and laughing in the back kitchen, bad management and service, Canada is ruined.

Honestly, if I can give this KFC zero stars I would!!! I ordered a family meal online came to this location and picked it up! when I got home and open the box of chicken, The chicken literally looked like it was chewed up by a dog and spit out!! So I called KFC one 800 number and they told me in order for anything to be done for a refund I have to go back to the store, so I came back to the store so I did! when I asked for the manager Everybody had an attitude, when the manager came out, all she said was you bought it online you have to go through them then I told her they’re the ones that told me I have to go through you. Then she walks away and leaves me standing out there! I then told her I am not leaving until I get my money back, she then calls security on me. when I showed the security the chicken even they agreed that it looked bad not to mention, I had also ordered only white meat and as you could see in the picture below, that’s clearly dark meat. The manager was doing nothing to try and rectify the situation or anything. She just kept telling me there’s nothing she could do and I have to get my money back online, so security told her to call her support line which she did and that’s the only reason why she put through the request for refund!!! This KFC location is beyond terrible, because you can also see that there is a hair weaved in between the batter!!! So even if they did get my order right with the white meat and it not had been looked like it was chewed up I would’ve still had to bring it back because there’s a disgusting Long piece of hair in it even the security guards agreed with me that that’s nasty!!!! If you want food that looks like it was on the floor, chewed up, spit out and put in a bag for you then come here.!!! by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! The manager was bitter and no help at all And all her other staff around her were just literally laughing like it’s one big joke!!! Just disgusting!!

Very bad food and service experience at this particular location apart from having required Staff working . Staff Nd managers full of attitude and Rudeness without any reason .
So i Ordered spicy big crunch combo with XL lettuce so after 15 mins wait and it came without spicy mayo and then I told staff to make new one which seems uncomfortable to them i guess as i saw 2 managers making ODD faces just to make new one though itvwas their mistake . Soa again i had to wait 10 mins for that same . Again not so surprisinglyl they made opposite of what i asked like seriously this place is joke . Food and service is so bad to an extent.
This place needs lots of improvement in terms of order accuracy and level of service. I'm awaiting reply for same from HEad office specifically. Thanks

Pathetic fried chicken! They serve pre cooked cold fried chicken which tastes like oil. This is the 3 rd time I bought from this location and each time it’s the same. And looking at the previous reviews they are least bothered about the customer's concerns.
$12 for 2 deal - garbage deal, complete waste of money both chicken pieces and popcorn chicken filled with oil, chicken pieces were small with no flavour , go anywhere but

The food was disgusting. It was very oily. I also had the coleslaw and it tasted like expired vinegar. It is disgusting and do not buy KFC from here. It is very oily and now my stomach hurts a lot. It is terrible from KFC here. The chicken popcorn was not even filled, though it didn’t even taste good the burger felt like it wasn’t cooked. It still raw wasn’t raw but not crispy cooked. The fries were OK but overall it taste disgusting and now my stomach hurts and I’m getting diarrhea.
