First the food: $80 bucks for 5 combos. That’s A LOT. And no more small salad with a combo? Rip off. That said, the chicken pieces were amazing. The sandwiches were terrible. Like chewing through tree bark to get to a little chicken nugget in the middle. Old grease? Overcooked? Old? I don’t know, but terrible.
Atmosphere and service? I ordered from a kiosk - that’s not service. Nobody cares anymore about making customers happy. They just want your money. Aces on the chicken pieces, but anything else I’ll go somewhere else.

The problem with KFC,their app is useless. Secondly if you order in the store itself you are left waiting until all the pick up deliveries are served first. But I'm old school,I guess I will just friy my own next time.

This is the third, time in a row, my order has been incorrect! The problem is that the staff do not speak or understand English well, and communication is always very difficult! I have to repeat myself numerous times and still my order is not right or is incomplete. I have no plan to ever go back to this location!

This KFC is my go-to spot whenever I crave comfort food. The bucket meals are always served fresh and the chicken has that classic KFC crunch I love. The cashier was polite and patient while I decided on my order. I appreciate how quickly they prepare food even during busy hours. The quality here is so consistent compared to other places highly recommend this branch..

Self order only via kiosk, then asks for tips. Got the food then had to come back to ask staff for every single thing: napkins, ketchup, cutlery. And the ultimate whammy: found hair in the food. Ewwww！

I wish that when placing an order online, there was a way to specifically request that your food not come from a location known for bad service. 2774 Victoria Park 2774 Victoria Park North York ON Canada M4J 4A8. I love KFC — it's my go-to when I’m on vacation or just need comfort and don’t feel like cooking.
But this is not the first time, and sadly, it won’t be the last if my orders keep coming from this particular location.
I had placed an order for a family feast, and it arrived more than half an hour later than the promised time. I had also requested cutlery — because I didn’t want to do dishes today — and that request was printed twice, once at the top and once at the bottom of the receipt. Still, not even a single packet of ketchup was included with the delivery.
I’m venting because, truthfully, I’ll probably order KFC again — but I also know I’ll be disappointed every single time if it's from this location. Sigh… this is not the KFC I remember from my childhood, full of fond memories and joyful feasts.

This is probably by far the best KFC I've visited since arriving in Toronto. It's small, friendly staff, hospitable, the food is fresh and flavourful, and the entire atmosphere is welcoming.
