Terrible customer service. They forgot an item from my order after I payed for delivery. I had to go to the store myself in order to get the rest of my order. When I went in there to get the items, and asked for a refund on the delivery (since I had to go there myself anyway) the “manager” said “what delivery, you have your food”. What a joke! Yeah of course I got my food, because I had to go pick it up, after paying for delivery.

How hard is it to READ THE ORDER!. I ordered a bucket meal chicken fries gravy macaroni. YOU GAVE ME 2 FRIES AND COSLAW! NOBODY WANTS 2 THINHS OF FRIES OR COSLAW!

We ordered 1*2 Can Dine Sandwich Deal but unfortunately the store gave us slider sandwiches instead of big crunch sandwiches. Very Poor service, disappointed.

I ordered their Black Friday BOGO special, I ordered online from their website, I arrived there 10 mins after I placed the order, there was no server at the front counter, I wait 10 mins and the server came out slowly. I told her I had an online order to be picked up, she told me the chicken should be ready in 5 mins and went back to the kitchen, then I stand on the side and wait for almost half an hour, she came out again and told me that they didn’t prepare enough chicken, I had to wait another 10 mins(which i was assuming it may be longer). During this period a few other customers get their order real quick but they didn’t ordered the BOGO :P Because I had to go to work soon I had to cancel the order, then I was told the refund have to take a few business days. My thought is, since they participated in this promotion they should get enough goods ready while the business during opening. It seems like they could afford to play in this BOGO promotion, because it doesn’t usually take that long for a fast food chain. Wasting almost an hour of my life.

It’s been 10 years since I’ve been to a Kentucky Fried Chicken outlet and thought I’d give them another try. Driving down Victoria Park I noticed this franchise just south of Finch and stopped in. I asked for a 4 piece dark meat combo, and was surprised the meal no longer came with coleslaw. Upon arriving at home, they gave me a drumstick and 3 very small pieces of white meat! The food was fine, but I will never go back as I had a similar experience 10 years ago at a different franchise! I am not anxious to give them more chances!
Parking: Parking was fine, but my order was wrong!

I bought 2 special on Tuesday I got in each box a drumstick and half piece of thighs which you can tell divided the one piece to 2 pieces and put it in each box , I am senior and regular on buying that deal every Tuesday for my self and my wife Please look in to it and let me know Thanks
