Food quality decreased significantly. Received salty fried chickens multiple times and the crust was not at all good. Drinks tasted dilute. Finished what I took home just so that my money is not wasted. Looks like a lack of management and an example of where Canadian food service is heading !

First visit on this location.Restaurant quite tidy, chill atmosphere.Got a chicken zinger burger combo with fries and pop - burnt my tongue cauae it was fresh from the fry (which is great). Staff were nice and friendly. Would visit again :)

Rude order takers serving others out of turn before me. Then, multiple people received their food before I did, despite ordering after me. Charged me for a large upgrade and gave me a medium cup and fries, saying that that size of fries was mega sized and this is the only size of cup we have.

This is a great place for a family or friends to sit down & chat comfortably, small seating area, is very well setup, food has improved here and is now comparable to the location at victoria park and van horne which has been around for over 30 years and still going strong. A good cost effective buy is the 4 piece box, just 4 piecea of chicken for 10.00, it is not available at this location.

Possibly the worst experience I had at a KFC, a stark contrast to their quality service in Whitby. Waited half an hour for a poorly scrapped together sandwich, and fries that were supposedly meant to be the new recipe seasoned fries, but had nothing on them at all. Poutine was a pool of gravy with so little in it that I ended up with a bowl of gravy. Machines at the front had their pin-pads disabled, so I had to wait in line for my meal... which was irritating, since the cashier wasn't handing out any meals so the line was insanely long. I felt bad for the single overworked staff member in the back.Dietary restrictions: The machines to order at the front do not allow you to remove or edit items on your meal. If you want amendments for dietary purposes, you'll have to make it very clear at the cashier counter ONLY.Wheelchair accessibility: This building is extremely cramped, and is far from accessible for wheelchairs. The one and only spot that you can dine-in at without going up a flight of stairs would be awkward for wheelchair accessibility due to a fixed stool in the way.
