For a mere bun place with some dim sum it does so well for itself. It is not supposed to be a restaurant but some items feel restaurant quality. :)
The coconut buns and chicken hot dog buns are amazing!!!
I came again for nostalgia. The buns were just as good as I remember them. Yum!
The buns are delicious! My favorite -Chicken buns! It is chewy & fresh. My family (parents) love Kin Kin Bakery. The price is reasonable and good. You can grab things for dessert, fruit drinks & snacks! It is convenient branch.
The space is kind of small.
👍
Kin-Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea is a fantastic spot for a quick and delicious treat. I recently tried their Cream Bun, which had incredibly fresh cream with a delightful coconut powder topping. It was soft, fluffy, and not overly sweet—just perfect! I also had their Hot Dog Bun, which was freshly baked, soft, and flavorful. Both items were delicious and well worth the price.
One of the best things about this bakery is the freshness of its products. While I was shopping, they brought out a fresh tray of baked goods, which shows their commitment to quality. The prices are also quite reasonable, making it a cost-effective option for a quick snack.
Located in the food court at Sheppard-Yonge Station, Kin-Kin Bakery is a convenient spot for commuters, students, and anyone looking for a quick bite. Whether you’re in a rush or want to take a short break, this place is worth a visit. The variety of baked goods and bubble tea options make it a great stop for anyone with a sweet tooth or craving something savory.
I highly recommend Kin-Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea for its fresh and tasty treats, great prices, and convenient location

I bought a mini black forest cake from their display case. It was rancid when I cut it. It was off and going sour. Not sure how long they had it on display.
Their mango mochi was good though
I am so happy to have found this bakery for the plain pineapple buns! I always chance upon their end of day sale since I pass by after work. Staff are always smiling and friendly.
Lotus paste mooncake 🥮 is so good. I also like their sausage buns and peach green tea 🍵
Juices are so fresh

Buns:
You get what you pay for with the buns. The bread itself is okay but the filling is horrid, I got the cream bun and the cream tasted like plastic (probably vegetable cream). Managed to make it through half of the bun before feeling nauseous. If you have $3, go to tims or mcdonalds instead.
Drink:
I got the taro coconut flavoured bubble tea with mixed jelly. The drink was very watered down with heavy artificial taro flavours that became overwhelmingly unpleasant after 3 sips. Again, if you have $7, ANY other bubble tea place would serve you with something that is NOT made with powder mix.

Kin kin is my favourite bubble tea place. I would recommend taro flavoured slush. Also, this place has variety of buns with different kinds and fillings. Every dollar spent here is worth it.

We bought baked goods from here. There was an earwig baked into the bottom of this bread.
