Your store is lying to your customer… I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I have been to this location since 2019 and been here countless times. Today, I was standing waiting for my bill and they did not seem to care about the wait in the first place. When giving the bill, they gave me a machine to pay before showing and confirming the bill. After I provided them the coupon, they confirmed 20% but gave me only 10% and now I think about it, he knew that he was giving me just 10% since he glanced to check how much I am paying. I was in a rush to leave so couldn’t find out until I left the store. Please be honest to your customers and if you do not want to offer promo as described, you will be making few dollars in short term but will be losing customers in a long run. I am never going back to this store again ever. I regret paying tips regardless.

Great appetizers, and delicious food. One of the best ramen you can eat.Parking: There is plenty of street parking. There is also a parking lot next to it for paid parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is easy due to the fact that the restaurant is on the same level as walking.

Kinton used to be one of my favourite chain ramen places. Every location was consistent, including this location. My go to order is spicy pork with thick noodles.I’m not sure what happened, but today’s spicy pork ramen did not hit. The broth just tasted spicy and lacked the richness I remembered. Noodles were chewy in a plastic way.The rest of my party had similar opinions.Maybe a fluke? 2 star visit.

Food is great, service is good, but the prices leave you wanting. Of the main ramen franchises I do like Kinton the best for their simplicity, good noodles and great soup, eggs cooked just right and minimal additions. The costs however are not nearly as good as other noodle places in the area.Kid-friendliness: There is not a ton of seating here. We take our kids, and they love it, but overall, it's not really designed to be a family focused restaurant.

Can’t imagine there is such kind of poor service in Toronto. The staff is very impolite and stopping me to sit at somewhere comfortable even it wasn’t peak hour and there was no customer sitting around…Everytime I pay suffient tips, is that what a loyal customer deserved for?

Overall the broth is well seasoned, However, the ramen comes with only 2 pieces of meat and the one on top is literally pure fat. Would recommend improving on quality of meat since the portion is meat is already small and there no vegetables at all.(of course you can pay extra to order them)

I was quite disappointed with their lack of flexibility to substitute one topping. I am a pregnant women and unable to eat raw egg. I asked if they could substitute the egg for corn and they said no we can take it off but we will charge you extra if you add corn. I just think is this ridiculous how they are unable to accommodate a simple switch considering the two are the same price on the toppings menu.

The food here is flavourful. If you require the ramen to be less salty, you can always ask. Various food options, as well as, for vegetarians. They always have a promo or deal going on highlighting a new/seasonal menu item or original favorites. The restaurant space is small with a few seating areas. Most are high wooden stools and tables. There is a low, long table by the front window, but it's usually reserved by bigger groups of people. If you have a stocky build, the stools may not be big enough for you, and may cause a bit of discomfort if you have lower back issues because they are not cushioned. The wait staff are very friendly but may take a little longer with orders when it gets busy and they have multiple takeout orders. Lighting is low/dim, and the music they play is a vibe. Keep in mind that the washrooms are only accessible by stairs at the back of the restaurant and to be careful going down because they are steep and sometimes slippery. The restaurant is along Yonge St, 3 mins north of North York Subway station (Empress Walk), and there is an outdoor pay parking lot right beside. Street parking is also available.

Kinto Ramen is a haven for spicy food aficionados! Their veg spicy garlic ramen with thick noodles is a fiery delight—a true flavor explosion! I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good kick. During my visit, I opted for the meal for two along with an extra bowl of ramen, and it was a superb choice. The veg gyoza served as an appetizer was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. However, the matcha cheesecake stole the show with its perfect blend of matcha earthiness and creamy cheesecake texture.Though the food was exceptional, there were a few hiccups. The table setup was a bit odd, and seating arrangements could be improved for a more comfortable dining experience. Additionally, the waitress seemed a tad rude or perhaps just uninformed, which was a downside. Despite these minor issues, the food alone is worth the visit. However, for future visits, I may explore other locations.Parking can be a hassle as it's street parking, which means it's paid. Furthermore, the washrooms being downstairs could pose a challenge for those with knee problems, as navigating the stairs might be difficult.

I found their ramen to be underwhelming compared to other ramen places I've tried. The broth was overly salty with a lingering aftertaste, leaving me disappointed with the overall taste experience.

My husband and I just waited over 40min after ordering to dine-in and no server checked on us, then the server realized they didn’t put the order in. The team was acknowledging their mistake between themselves but nobody came to us to address the situation. We just walked out extremely frustrated as we were left hungry. Delicious food but 0 customer service. Completely disappointed!
