This very hesitant and cautious Ramen 🍜 hands off being has had a transformation! My 1st and only Ramen experience until now was in Abu Dhabi’s Ziad Intl Airport where I had a pure Halal Vegetarian Ramen bowl. It was special as traditionally Ramen is made with pork or chicken broth. My 2nd but first Toronto Ramen experience occurred two days ago at Kinto Ramen, Don Mills Rd. My hesitation and caution vanished instantly as the first bite of the Veggie Shoyu with thin noodles...

After work, we passed by to Kinton Ramen in Don Mills and ordered beef original ramen. I love it. I just wonder why it doesn’t look like creamy though. Otherwise, all in all is great.
