Always love Konjiki but I would say the Yorkdale location isn’t as great as the other ones. The prices are a few dollars more than their other locations in the GTA but I found the clam broth to be quite salty and less clam-flavored compared to the others. Service is also not as welcoming and my water was filled once during a 30 min meal. I guess you are paying for the convenience of being inside Yorkdale but there could definitely be some improvement.

One of the worst experience eating Asian food. Ordered chicken ramen, it was dark brown color, nothing smelled chicken. There was something like ground beef. Terrible. And after I told them they charged me $23.

It’s not difficult to pay attention to your customers when taking their orders.

The place and stuff are nice, pretty busy and loud so it’s hard to talk. The food it’s not the greatest, I’ve had ramen at many different places before and they were better considering they would be 16$-20$ and this place is usually 20$+ the meat slices are rather thin and the noodles lack flavour, also just half an egg per bowl so it seems kind of stingy, overall the place doesn’t really live up to the expectations.

The signature clam ramen was pretty good. Water is served. We wouldn't say the kaarage is worth ordering. Ramen is the real deal.

Been here a few times. Always a great meal. My spouse doesn’t like pork based ramen so they like that they have the chicken option.
Always had great service here. ESP with a kid. Very attentive and very very nice.
Haven’t had anything we were disappointed with.
Kid-friendliness: Very kind and welcoming to parents with little ones. High chair and booster chairs available. Strollers can be parked at the front.

This location has been around for so long finally had a chance to try it after many years. I'm happy to report the food taste and consistency seemed on point.
Not the best ramen compared to some other places, their choice of toppings don't always work harmoniously. I also wished they gave noodle choice, like thick or thin, their default is on the thinner side.
The best part of this ramen place is the wonderful dessert offerings which isn't common.
I give them 8.5/10!

The service was amazing, and the food is even better. The unagi bowl, lobster gyozas, chicken ramen, and spring rolls were all incredible. The clam ramen was also delicious. The matcha croffle (croissant waffle) with matcha ice cream is a must-try!! The atmosphere is great too. I'll be back :)

I ordered the avocado ramen and it had almost no soup. The base was just thick cream.

Def wouldn't want to come back here as the service is no where near like The north York location. We had a baby in a high chair but the blonde server attempted to handle over the food over the baby then realizing it was a little too far so she went around the baby to drop our food off. That was a dangerous situation. Imagine if she slipped or accidently spilled some. Ofthe ramen soup on the baby?
Unlike the other locations when the servers drop the bowl in front of you, they make sure it's usually with two hands while making sure the logo on the bowl is facing u and not away from u. Those r small fine details that I notice are a Japanese culture. But doesn't happen here.
