Had an amazing experience here! It was my first time here and I wasn’t sure what to order, but the staffs were super friendly and patient, taking the time to walk me through the menu and explain everything. The bubble tea they made was honestly the best I’ve had in Toronto — perfect taste and texture. Great service highly recommend!
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location on October 31, evening shift. There were 2 male staffs working this night showed a clear lack of professionalism and respect toward customers.
When we entered the store, there was no greeting at all. We said hello first, yet they just stared at us without a word. I decided to overlook it and place my order, but the staff member who served me was visibly rude and dismissive. When I politely asked if our drinks could include tapioca pearls, he just said “no” with a very unpleasant tone of voice and gave me a side-eye, as if my question was an inconvenience. There was no “thank you” after payment, no basic courtesy.
What made it worse was that moments later, the same employee was singing happily with another male coworker and talked to each other in Cantonese, proving his attitude was selective, not the result of fatigue. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. The entire time we were there, the staff continued to stare, making the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable.
I’ve always loved Kung Fu Tea, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Customers deserve basic respect, not indifference or attitude.
Great variety of bubble tea
love the service but their boba was mid
Just met 2 guys working in this location, I got the best customer exp here. Good job guys
This is the best bubble tea in North York.
Nobody at this location can crack a smile, say hi when you greet them, it’s like the customer is putting them out by giving them business. We just call it the rude location but today she just bluntly said you have to wait 20minutes for tapioca. Not even a smile of regret. Last straw. Sorry you have good bubble tea but you’re a dime a dozen here.
If you're a bubble tea enthusiast this place is amazing.
I had an amazing experience at this shop. The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly honest and thoughtful. I lost my wallet here, and to my surprise, they went out of their way to find and contact me through LinkedIn. Thanks to their integrity, I got my wallet back.
Great people, great drinks, and a truly great shop. Highly recommend!
I used to love the drinks there, but for the last 3 years the store changed a lot! It became very dirty. It seems the place does not see a good cleaning for a long time, part of the customer’s area is full of empty boxes, the counter is filthy, walls dirty, etc…it seems abandoned! I went there last weekend to give it a last chance, but dirty as a public washroom! If the area that is visible to customers are like that, imagine the area not visible?!?!?!

I could leave the 0 start for this location with bad customer service ever.
German made the experience great! Bubble tea tasted amazing when he was by himself preparing my big order! He was kind and efficient.
Very bad service, they gave us the drink we didn't want.
WORST BUBBLE TEA EVER.
My stomach got hurt right after I had the coffee bubble tea here.
The place is not hygiene at all. The moment I ordered, I regretted it because I saw the kitchen which was dirty as hell.
I will never ever go there again.
Im so disappointed and hope no one will go through that.
The cashier attitude was soooo rude.
Taro Slushie with Brown Sugar Bobba is very good.
