You got service like from a robot with no emotion. The man is fast, feel like he got annoyed if you ask him question.

I went to this location last night after traveling for 20 minutes since it was the only place open late. When I arrived, I found the store to be really messy and untidy, with boxes and stuff piled up next to the counter. The staff didn’t seem interested in working; they didn't greet me or say a single word. When I ordered, there was no lactose-free milk available, so I had to get regular milk instead. It tasted terrible, like a mix of milk and sugary pearls. It was nothing special and was very different from the GREYSTONE branch. I definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Where is the Cheese milk foam? I understand that the ice cream can be melted but did the employee even put cheese foam in my drink??? I’m truly disappointed 😔 i usually order on uber and my drinks were gud,this location need to double check their quality.

I had gone a few weeks ago and they had a BOGO offer at that time, I bought 4 drinks. At first I had asked a few questions about the different flavours and the cashier had a bit of an attitude and ushered me towards their digital menu - it was being used by another customer. So I again asked the question and didn’t react to the attitude that had been shown, after I ordered I noticed that the cashier became a lot nicer and dropped the attitude. I complimented the fast service and took my drinks to go. 4 drinks took about 5 minutes, it was super speedy and the cashier chuckled saying that he was used to making the teas. My interactions ended on a pleasant note! Atmosphere 7/10 - you can definitely turn off a lot of customers with the hostile tones and gosh it felt awkward attempting to ask anything. Service 9/10 - yes it was as fast as lightening but, service also means a good attitude in my eyes. Decor 8/10 - the parts that are decorated look really minimal and clean but I did notice a sort of “storage facility” vibe going on with moving boxes in the corner and it definitely needs more seating (however, it’s a really small shop, so I can imagine this being very difficult). The drinks though - 10/10! Overall, not bad, I’d go again!

the two workers that were there clearly didn’t want to be there, no customer service at all and borderline rude. I ordered a “pearl latte with brown sugar” and it just tasted like milk with pearls lol

Ordered a HOT coffee milk tea and it was not hot. It was luke warm...gross. Then I asked for 30% sugar and it tastes like regular sugar.

Most horrible service I’ve received from Kung Fu Tea. Starting from the second I walked in up to receiving my order, the two staff did not say a single word to me. There was no greeting, no asking what I wanted to order, not even a smile. The two staff (one female who took my order and one male that helped make the drink) seemed annoyed that I walked in on them sitting down and resting, offered no smile and no “hello” but they chatted quite happily amongst themselves. Will not visit again. Drinks are good like always but terrible service.

ordered brown sugar milk tea and it tasted like straight milk. when i asked if they could fix the drink and add more brown sugar they said no. my friend also ordered regular milk tea and same thing, just tastes like yours drinking milk. never been to a boba shop where they didnt accommodate, especially considering they recommended the drink.

Try to get the bbt at 11pm but the cashier guy wasn't happy and show a lot of attitude. Went out to waiting for my bbt and they try to put the chair away and clean show that they doesn't want us to be there even though they close at 12. Never back !

I was here to buy an original milk tea with black pearl. I said black pearl twice. The guy who ordered it for me kept asking if it was (something) pearl but I can't hear it cause he speaks English with a Chinese accent. I thought he understood that I wanted black pearl but he just confirmed with a different name cause some places call it tapioca sometimes called black pearl,etc. So I said yes.

It came out as a white pearl. I asked him i wanted black pearl but he said he confirm n I said yes to white pearl. Well i think it just a misunderstanding so I asked them to make me another one with black pearls n they said no they couldn't.?

I do this review just want u guys to TRAIN YOUR ENGLISH and CUSTOMER SERVICE please. I understand accent is a thing but u can point on the menu to ask if its the right thing that the customer wants. And many other ways if u truly want to do. And for somehow they closed at 12AM but when i came in like 9PM and all the chairs is on the table.
