Such a nice place for coffee and sandwiches. I tried their hot chocolate the other day, it was actually the best one I’ve ever had. The staff were also very friendly. Totally worth it!!!

I came here to taste the matcha drinks that people in the reviews were raving about.
Long story short, it’s not good matcha. I’ve tried pastries from another location and their cookies are extremely good but I will never buy matcha from here again.
The “matcha” is basically milk tea, tastes extremely sweet/sugary and is not properly mixed to top it off. It’s clumpy throughout the drink which goes to show how cheap and low quality it is. Also, let’s say the clumps were due to some other reason, this still isn’t real matcha. I wasn’t expecting ceremonial grade but if you’re charging for real matcha that is indeed the expectation I’ll have as a customer taste wise. If you love sweet milk tea and don’t like what makes matcha, well, matcha have a go.
To conclude, if you want matcha literally don’t come here or anywhere on campus? But their pastries and customer service are nice.

La Prep's menu has definitely changed over the years, but has always strived to be a healthful place.La prep offers a nice variety of healthy sandwiches, bowls and salads.The medieterrean bowl was of a decent serving size, not too expensive and had a good variety of ingeridents.
Vegetarian options: Salads, wraps and bowls.
Parking: It's York, parking isn't free sadly. 4$ per hour
Wheelchair accessibility: The foodcourt is wheelchair accessible.
