Not a lot of space, the food I chose was alright. Expected more, like all the others:) Would be better to take away, not sit in 🙏

I go Ladurée Yorkdale, ohhh so nice! Staff very very friendly, always smile big big, make me happy heart. I not understand all English, but staff help me like angel, show me which macaron good.
Macaron… wahhh, sugoi!! So soft soft inside, outside little crunchy, flavor like dream candy. Pistachio taste like green magic, rose smell like flower garden, lemon go “pika pika” in my mouth. So kawaii color, I want take many photo before eat. But too delicious, I eat fast fast.
I come back again 100%, Ladurée Toronto ichiban!!!

I brought my mom and her friends here for a little reunion after lunch at RH, hoping it would be a nice treat. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
We were seated as a party of 8, and after about 10 minutes, a staff member came over to tell me that parties of 8 or more are automatically charged an 18% gratuity. This was never mentioned beforehand, and honestly, it felt a bit misleading to only disclose that after seating us.
Since it was meant to be my mom’s day with her friends, I didn’t make a scene and let them enjoy themselves. In the end, they were only 6 people anyway—but the service did not improve. My mom told me afterward that the staff was rude, no one checked in on the table, it was hard to get something as simple as water, and to top it off, the macarons they ordered never even came until one of the wait staff had to throughly read their order.
Between the poor service, lack of communication, and missed orders, this was not the kind of experience I would recommend, especially when bringing guests for a special occasion.

Terrible customer service. This store doesn’t welcome all visitors. I only visited the store because my son saw the beautiful store front & wanted the biscuits. You would think they’re welcome and service would match their store front and basic customer service standards. After the attitude of the woman who served us, I felt like leaving their products and leaving the store with no purchase. I felt bad that the attitude of the person serving us was displayed in front of a child. When I asked her about the flavours of the biscuits she quickly dismissed me & pointed to a sign board. Which was difficult for me to read as my eyes were blurry. The store wasn’t busy, she could’ve read it quickly out to me. But it was clear she didn’t want our patronage. We will definitely not give it to them again and will encourage our family & friends not to visit also.

Well, I don't usually write these things, but I felt I simply had to today. My friends and I come here every month, always the same table, the same order, and it has always been just lovely. The staff are kind, and the food and tea are such a treat l especially adore the macarons.
But this afternoon was rather upsetting, and not at all because of the restaurant.
There was a man an older Italian gentleman, though I must say he didn't look very natural with all that dark dyed hair and goodness knows what else in his face. He was on his telephone, talking so loudly that we could hardly hear one another across the table. At one point, we even thought we might leave, which would have been such a shame.
One of the young staff members very politely asked him if he could lower his voice, and that should have been the end of it. But heavens the man suddenly leapt up and began shouting at her, saying he'd been mistreated and that he would never come back (well, good riddance, | say). The poor young lady was so apologetic to us, though she had done nothing wrong.
The problem was entirely him.
I promised her I would write a note about it, because it isn't fair that her kindness be overshadowed by such unpleasant behaviour. So here I am. Ladurée remains my favourite place for afternoon tea, and I don't want one silly, noisy man to take away from all the lovely visits we've had here.

I visited this place for high tea and was a little disappointed. The food tower wasn't great — some of the pastries that should have been served warm were cold. If you do visit, I'd recommend going for the desserts and drinks, but the actual food is not worth the high price.
Truly delightful💛💚🩷💜🤍🩵
Light and crispy on the outside, soft and rich on the inside. Each flavor was delicate and not too sweet. A bit pricey, but definitely worth it for such a lovely treat

I visited Ladurée and was left disappointed. The macarons were not fresh — dry and with an unpleasant taste, which does not match the level of the brand. From such a place you expect high quality and freshness, but unfortunately, the experience was ruined.

A pastel dream. Decor is as romantic as other locations. Service is personable and professional. Hot Chocolate is amazing. Only draw back is small location....i hope it expands to seat more.
