Tried this place. They definitely only a take out place but have seating/tables- so we dined it. They bring out the food in take out containers and give you mini paper plates to eat food on. I asked for water and they don't give water except if you purchasing a water bottle. Honestly the food is nothing special either. I've had wayyyyy better Chinese food. I won't be back for sure. The staff was friendly but their running a business sucks.

Just sucks. Probably a front for the massage parlor above it.
Food is garbage, portion size is garbage, takes half an hour for any order.
It's cheap, but you'll still feel ripped off.
Chicken taste like not even chicken . Small portion size

I ordered from Lucky Dragon tonight, very disappointed with their sweet-and-sour chicken, it wasn’t chicken. It was super fried chicken. It didn’t even taste like chicken.

I really don't like reviewing anything less than 5 stars, I'm giving 4 only because I really do feel bad, as the service is great and the food is consistent.
If you are looking for cheap Chinese food in North York to satisfy a craving, this place is alright.
If you are looking for better quality food definitely look elsewhere but be prepared to pay alot more.

Big portions, and you kinda get what you pay for. Nothing super spectacular, but definitely bang for your buck.
Seems ok, went here thinking I’d get more food. Got Honey Garlic Chicken on Fried Rice, only small container, small amount of rice
