Hockey team order delivered!
No missing items which is such a relief for a high volume order. The delivery service by Jake and Mike was the difference for me. Very well organized on order counts, they were very presentable and patient with us. Really left a great impression. Angela who is the event coordinator really gave us helpful hints to set this whole thing and I so appreciate her support during order process. Oh yeah, we placed a big order and raised a lot of money for my son's hockey team. Now it's time to start up the barbecue. Compliments of Macgregors!

I purchased scallops from this company. They are not real scallops. They are made with several kinds of fish which are listed write on the package. They are molded to resemble a scallop. Don't advertise them as scallops.
Further to piss me off is I emailed them many weeks ago and was totally ignored.
So much for a brand name product and company.

Not very impressed with customer service,,called 4 times with an issue, I was promised a call back and nothing..the hamburgers are very greasy and go on fire on the Barbque. Most of the meat is pretty good.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS MEAT SUPPLIER.Purchased nearly $600 in meat for a fundraiser for my cousin’s U10 hockey team. The meat is all very very dark brown colour and I just defrosted and opened a pack of bavette (flank) steaks to prepare yesterday and they absolutely REEKED! The gamiest, nastiest beef I have ever cooked. Had to spray my kitchen down with aerosol and apologize to my family for the stench. I run a smoked meat instagram page and am very familiar with beef. This does not seem to be a one-off incident either (see other 1 star reviews).Will NEVER be spending another dime here and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this company. They should be ashamed of themselves.

If i could put zero stars, I would! Very disappointed!! Prices are high for the quality you receive. I purchased through a school fundraiser. I would never recommend! Meat has a stale - freezer burn taste, and tough. Very small portions- these are more appetizer size portions. I will not be purchasing from this company again, ever!

Meat is OK, can get just as good quality from local farms, packaged food is terrible with way too much salt and the staff are just weird and probably couldn't find a job anywhere else. The Macgregor family are cheap and out of touch with reality.

My friends introduced me to MacGregors steaks so I made the drive from Uxbridge to their store in North York. They offer a great selection from seafood to beef. The service is so refreshing in a time where customer service seems to be vanishing. Sam was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about making our first visit to the store a great experience. We will definitely will return and I highly recommend Macgregors for all your meat.

Prices are good, quality is not. Chicken is extremely tough and stringy, sirloin steaks the same. I'm disappointed and will not be buying again.

Just got pulled chicken and bacon wrapped tenderloin steak from a school fundraiser both were terrible quality and taste. 100% do not recommend.
