I emailed them to tell them they messed up my order and asked whether they can do something to resolve their mistake. It was for my 3 year olds birthday. No response yet. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

I don’t know how do they train their employees, this company sucks, last week, they made me wait for so long but I didn’t say anything maybe because it is just so busy so I do understand that but for them to do it again today is not really valid anymore. I was just wondering why is there only 1 girl working during a busy day if she can’t handle to do everything and that made their customer service really bad.

I went in the morning and the cashier lady took the order for the customer ahead of me, then just walked into the kitchen without even acknowledging me — not a single “hi,” “hello,” or “please wait.” I stood there for almost 10 minutes with no one coming back to take my order. This is extremely unprofessional and downright rude. If this is the level of customer service they think is acceptable, I won’t be coming back.

Really enjoyed the mochi here – soft, fresh, and not overly sweet. The cookies-n-creme mochi was my favorite, though I wish the portion was a bit bigger.

Love this location! Always so friendly and the donuts are always served fresh. Their ube drink is also super delicious and highly recommend to the ube lovers!

The donuts here are amazing!!! They taste quite different from regular donuts and are not too sweet. The creme brulee one is my favorite. I will definitely come back for more ❤

I like their tasty donuts but I wish they would be more knowledgeable of their own catalog of flavors, which location is doing what. Their Port Credit loc. Has a Kahlua flavoured donut but the hq at Stockyards doesn't seen to have a clue about it, doesn't respond to my emails for customers order a box of 6
