I’m a regular customer at this place and usually, the food is great – probably the best around. But this time, it was a disaster. The heating was completely broken! It was -3°C outside but felt like -6°C inside. I honestly don’t understand how the employees were even managing to work in that freezing condition. I could see my breath while waiting for my food!

The service and food were both excellent, but the place was freezing. I even asked the server to turn up the heat, only to find out it had been off all day. I honestly don’t know how they managed to work in such icy conditions. Felt bad for both the diners trying to enjoy their meal and especially for the staff who had to endure it all day.

The food and service were amazing.
However, it was unfortunately too cold inside. We came in with friends for a dining experience but had to get takeout instead, as the cold was unbearable.
Hope the heat is fixed soon.
