There's a lovely patio, service is good but the location is a bit sketchy. Had a random person harass me and unlike other sketchy locations of McDonald's, this one doesn't have a security guard to deescalate and prevent these situations. Do not recommend sitting alone at this location or do takeout only.

I just want to say thank you to the manager who went and beyond , I ask for the lil mcdonald toys if they still have it cause i know it ended august 11 , but when I ask ,she went to the back and check it for me and gladly they still have some . Thank you :)

Above and Beyond Customer Service! I always grab a quick bite before my go bus. I ordered Pizza Bites and while the order took a bit longer than expected, I was in a hurry to catch my bus—so I took the partial order and left. To my surprise, just two minutes later, the manager personally came out, handed me the rest of my order, and even apologized for the delay. That level of care and effort truly went above and beyond! Thankyou

You and your team are super friendly, kind & knowledgeable.
Highly recommend this MacDonald's for those that are either a) in and out of the Sheppard Yonge hub and / or b) someone like me -- getting off the GO bus and simply looking for some drink and some good food!!

The manager here can’t understand simple instructions and is extremely rude. Even when things are clearly explained, they refuse to listen. Terrible customer service and no willingness to help or even have a basic conversation.
