We hosted my child’s 5th birthday party here yesterday, and while there was a mix-up at first (the previous manager hadn’t passed along the booking), Malesha and Kayla absolutely saved the day! They rallied the team, got everything set up in record time, and made sure the kids had a fantastic time. Their professionalism, kindness, and quick thinking turned what could’ve been a disaster into a wonderful celebration. Huge thanks to them and the team for pulling it all together — we’re so grateful! 🎈🍟

The person in the drive thru has no customer service manners. Name was rebecca. Made us wait for 15 mins didn’t take the order, there was big car line up & then had an attitude that we didn’t wait at the drive thru.
Had to wait over 10mins for the food ordered in the drive through. When it came, they had messed up my order.

staff, amazing, but overall flow of service delivery needs a lot of improvement. Had to wait more than half an hour to get my one item order. I Understand that it is so busy but i think it shouldn't be that long for just a drink. Had to follow up 3 times with the crew and even waited until after rush period but i don't get why it has to come to the point that I gotta ask for one item 3 times before I get it.
