One of the most poorly managed McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Expect long wait times for simple orders.
Mistakes on orders on multiple occasions, particularly Sunday mornings. Staff in drive thru, not very pleasant either
Brought my dog in was carrying in my arms waiting for a small order a drink and ice cream. Manager there is rude and kicked me out instead of giving me my order and had to wait for a refund. Even one of the workers was shocked he wouldnt give me my order because of a small dog. Terrible experience. Rude manager. Never go to this location
20 minutes waiting in Drivethru to get an order, even I placed mobile order while being in the queue but still the food wasn’t ready for pickup had to move to forward waiting area!!

Asked for the simplest drive-thru order to ever exist: large coke with no ice. The first time, they handed us one cup full of ice and another half-filled. We went inside in person for a replacement, and guess what they gave us: two cups of coke, both FILLED with ice. I simply don’t wanna have cold stuff when it’s -10 degrees outside, i genuinely don’t understand how hard it would be for them to just communicate. Went back for the second time, manager seemed like they could not care less. If it was busy, then we’d just let it slide, but there’s like 2 customers in store. Never coming back

The staff looks miserable, even there is no refills for the drinks…. Staff told me that is the management that decided no more refills option, and the playground is dirty…… the food has not salt at all, seems that management try to do as much cuts possible… the Coffe is sour… worst McDonalds….

I came here today and one of the workers named Edison and his manager were very patient during the kiosk incident we encountered. Thank you for the kind service. Additionally, the new layout of the this location looks absolutely amazing!

The worst food this morning. The pancakes were hard as rock. Why would you even sell that? It should be in the garbage. It was 7:30am this morning. Even the hash browns and McMuffins were stale and terrible. Just overall waste of money!

Newly renovated, large and clean. Staff are courteous and friendly.
The manager has no people skills and doesn’t know how to listen to complaints. While we were here, two different customers had issues with their order and weren’t heard by this fellow.
Parking: Accessible Parking is too far away from the entry doors.

I don't know what has happened to this location....but it needs to change ASAP. Wrong orders, missing items from drive thru 90% of the time. I call to get it fixed.....busy/no answer/never returned voicemails.
Now every time I actually go back right after discovering missing items....I don't mean 1 burger, half of a $50 order.....managers don't believe me that I've been there! What? Check your cameras. You almost never give me a receipt either, even though I ask. Staff change? Cause previously had some amazing people. Only a few good ones left. Newbies are rude and inefficient.

Since the major renovation this year, every visit to or delivery from this location has been incredibly slow to come out / be ready for delivery and has missing or completely wrong items. I don't know what to blame but it's night and day from just before the temporary closure. The new counter and seating area layout is also just terrible.
