Went in the drive thru on Boxing Day around 1am, line up is throughout the whole parking area. An employee is cleaning the closed dining room while the line’s wait becomes increasingly longer. Do better with ur customer service.

15 mins waiting on just 10 piece nuggets? Like seriously? People who came before me got the order first and I’m still standing waiting for it. There is no reply from the crew and the manager working. I order 10 piece combo with poutine and after waiting for 15 mins I get it without a fork. There is no sauce in the bag with the nuggets and bare minimum gravy in the poutine. I have to ask for every single thing again and again. The manager is so rude. I can’t rate them 0 so I rated a star.

The employees doesn’t even have a bare minimum conversation with themselves. They told me to wait at reserve window but no one showed up for 15 minutes. I called them and the person told you hv to text the number written on window. I have to use DT twice for that and no no. was written on window and the food was already cold.
