As usual, steady quality.
Please salt the fries more, they are super dry. And add more oreos to oreo mcflurries, I just got only ice cream with no oreos in my mcflurry.
McDonalds has gone nuts with all the McFlurrys.
Service was very very slow. Food was typical Macdonald’s quality.
The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The manager (white/blonde) is the worst. No good manners, doesn’t even know how to speak to the customers properly. She has an attitude problem. Looks like she needs training on how to do good customer service. Aside from that, it takes them 20mins to serve me my order (1 sandwich and 6 mcpops)!

Unbelievably dirty toilet, very dirty in the whole establishment. Long waiting time for the order. The main managers refused to talk to me. Avoid this place)

I don’t often leave fast food reviews, but this angered me! Ordered a drink and I was served a cup full of ice and a little pop added.
Check your drinks at the drive thru before you pull out.

terrible service!! extremely slow and waste of time! asking you to pull over for one drive through wrap and have to wait for half an hr!!! it is nit the first time i usually go there as it is next to my work and orders take too long all the time which i did not notice in other places!

Unpleasant Experience at Rimrock McDonald's
I visited the Rimrock McDonald's location near Allen Road tonight and had a very disappointing experience. While I was there, a group of disruptive kids entered the restaurant. Although I knew them, I was not being disruptive myself.
To my surprise, a staff member approached me and began yelling at me, which made me feel uncomfortable and harassed. I believe this was uncalled for, especially since I was not part of the disruption.
I plan to contact the general manager regarding this incident, as I feel that such behavior from staff should not be tolerated. I hope this feedback helps improve the environment for all customers.

I have to say, my recent experience at McDonald’s was unacceptable. It took more than 35 minutes for them to just make a McGriddle, a wrap and a coffee! The service was incredibly slow, an it felt like the staff weren’t even trying. They were lying about how long it would take and on top of that misleading the customer and wasting their time. Horrible experience.
