My food wasn’t fresh since it came cold, the tables were also dirty. Not a good environment to enjoy your food 0/10.

Lady at the front was very rude.

Bad service and poor food quality. They often miss items in the order and serve cold, soggy food even when you ask for it fresh. They always say it was cooked minutes ago. I would not recommend this location.

Just had a coffee and muffin with a friends. Coffee was good and muffin fresh. This place has been renovated and looks fresh and clean. Staff friendly and service was quick. As soon as you leave on of the staff is there quickly and clean off table regardless if you left it clean.

I came today with my son for the Grinch Big Meal. Before paying, I politely asked the cashier if the toy was included. She told me only the socks come with the meal and that I would need to buy a separate Happy Meal to get the toy.

Because this location has many times in the past not had any toys available, I kindly explained that we come here often and my son has been disappointed several times. I simply asked if, since they didn’t have the toy so many times before, they could include a toy this time along with the socks.

The cashier refused and told me to speak with the manager. When the manager came, the attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. The manager showed no understanding, no willingness to help, and insisted they “always give the toy” — which is simply not true. No apology, no solution, nothing.

Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no care for customers — especially children who look forward to the toy. We left frustrated and disappointed. This location needs serious improvement.

Avoid this dishonest restaurant at all costs! I ordered takeout right inside the store, and they messed up almost everything. How do you even make a Triple Pickle McCrispy without the crispy chicken patty?! That’s the whole point of the burger! The box was so light compared to a normal one — how did no one notice something was obviously wrong?

My kid ordered a Happy Meal and asked for a toy, but they threw in a book instead. I ordered iced tea and got root beer. The Double Filet-O-Fish didn’t even have tartar sauce. And the Oreo McFlurry? They didn’t swirled together at all — just put cookie crumbs on top like a sundae.

By the time I found all these mistakes, I had already driven home. Otherwise, trust me, I would’ve marched right back in and demanded a refund or a remake.

If you ever order takeout from here, check every single item before you walk out the door!

Every time I visit this location there is no staff at front counter. They only care about the drive thru.

I visited this evening and waited around 10 minutes to be acknowledged or have my order taken. I /shouted/ “excuse me” not aggressively, but enough for the guys standing around on their phones to hear me 4-5 times… eventually a lady working the drive thru came over to take my order. From others they looked up at me & then remained doing nothing.

I understand if there was a rush but the drive thru screen had ONE order on it. One of the 5 people standing around could have came over to help me out.

This is awful customer service, your staff shouldn’t be on their phones on the floor.
