Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it’s always something — especially overnight. Missing items, rude attitudes, or both. Tonight was the full combo.
4 a.m., empty drive-thru, ordered hotcakes and got no syrup, no fork, no knife — just pancakes and audacity. Went back for the missing items and got attitude like I was asking for a loan, not my own food.
Shout-out to Vanessa (the manager) and the older Filipino lady, I believe her name is Marlene (sorry if I got the name wrong). They actually care, do their jobs properly, and deserve raises.
The daytime staff understand the assignment. The overnight crew? Please stop packing bags like it’s a guessing game. I’ll drive to another McDonald’s before coming here overnight again.

Review based purely on the food purchased and not the location so much.
Ordered the limited time Benny style bacon and egg mcmuffin, paid extra for triple hollandais sauce as the one I had previously was a little light on the sauce and I figured I'd pay the extra in the hopes of a better 'Benny' like sandwich...... no extra sauce added but an extra dollar taken. The bacon looked like the scraps from the bottom of the pan and barely even noticeable as it was such a small amount.
Really disappointed. Stick to as it comes or you'll get charged for extras you don't receive.

Horrible service , rude overall. No greeting no nothing. Had me sitting in the drive through till I said hello. Then I asked for water and the manager came over saying they charge for the cups or water then filled it to the top with ICE.
Just got my coffee there and it only tastes like cream, no coffee taste at all it taste like water and cream

I spent 30 minutes at this location to get my order. Hot chocolate tastes like milk with sugar even after paying for 2 extra pumps of syrup. They didn’t give me my nugget sauce and fries were hard. Customer service was very bad and they were really disorganized.
