Ordered a nugget happy meal waited over 10 minutes to get it. When I got to the window I asked for a habanero sauce the girl replied and said “normally we charge for habanero you can only get sweet and sour with chicken nuggets” I’m not sure where she got that information but I was definitely taken back. Nuggets were also overcooked. Wouldn’t return to this location ever again.

Messed up my order after I repeated it multiple times, then when I got my food, I found some rubbery thing in my mcchicken. Where are the standards? Why am I finding random rubbery items while I bite my mcchicken?

Worst experience of my life they were rude as well as no manners for customers. I waited for half an hour for my order They were making the orders while talking and no one was responding properly. I suggest you never come to this MC ever. The staff was not good the only reason.

Drive Thru Experience is extremely disappointing. Drinks cover lids were not properly secure and made a mess. Staff was unfriendly when mentioned about the lid and blamed customers for moving items around. If in the area, go the the burger king next door or Tim Hortons down the street. At least you pay for better experience

Insanely slow service in the drive through. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich order. Just the one sandwich and hash brown. Three cars who were behind me got their order first. It got to the point I had to go inside and ask for my order. The guy told me they were short staffed. That does not explain why people behind me got their order first. It’s not like I had a massive order which I could understand, just the one breakfast combo. I should not have been sent to park for that and be forgotten while I watched three cars who ordered after get their order first and drive around me.
