Terrible is an understatement for the customer service here. I don’t know even know why i’m surprised, na “our way”.
When people mentioned they waited hours to get their order, they were not lying, I waited 3+ hours to get mine. After waiting they’ll now tell you “food has finished”.
Please cook at home o or find another business to support. This one has no remorse for making you wait + bad communication for added jara.
If you don’t have enough workers, then pay above minimum wage to make people stay🤷🏾♀️

The food is the best ever. Their jollof rice is the best I have ever had. Their fried rice is simply amazing but their service very poor. If they improve on their service then they can easily be the best food outlet in Canada
