Food was very bad. Told the staff to not add pickles; didn’t listen. Jalapeño poppers were so undercooked and smelly. Only fries were ok. Not worth spending at all.

It was my first time, came with friends and ordered 6 burgers. Except one of one, rest were all prepared wrong. You order triple and you get double. When you ask for an explanation, no apologies or explanations. Wouldn’t recommend anyone. Don’t waste your time and money. Surprised this place is still running.

Store closes at 3am according to the hours listed here. Employees refuse to make any food from 2am…. Change your hours or hire employees that actual want to do their job… its beyond ridiculous

Lady cook here used the nearby trash, by the oven, to shake off the grease off the spatula—then reused on the burger. I’ve had stomach issues ever since. The burger meat was cooked but was probably expired, too!

So disappointed in the food. I ordered it on Uber eats and my Philly cheese steak had NO CHEESE, HOW?!? I also selected 3 sauces for my sandwich and recieved none, just dry bread and meat. Dont get me started on the dry basil pesto sandwich with just a tiny piece of chicken. The southern fried chicken melt same problems, just a dry sandwich with a tiny piece of chicken, and 1 slice of pickle. Wasted $50 on 3 terrible sandwiches.

Food was delicious, I had the vegetarian poutine with the daily happy hour discount. Sakshi also demonstrated exceptional customer service. Will definitely come again.

Today was the first time I visited Meltwich and Sakshi was working ,she gave me very good suggestions and I had standard burger combo which was really nice and the way she communicated with me was really good and friendly.

The brown guy in the kitchen was handling food with his bare hands. I immediately got a refund and left. Never coming back here again.

Wish I read the reviews before placing order. Extremely disgusted and disappointed.
Got the buy 1 get 1 free off uber eats of the burger - once I took a bite it tasted off, and when I opened the pountine, the bacon is RAW. you can visually see that it’s not cooked right but still manage to serve it to customers? this place should be closed down!

I ordered my food last night from meltwhich from Uber eats and even though I had ordered the chicken bacon ranch melt and asked for extra drizzle. There was like nothing in the sandwich like the sandwich was so dry. It was very depressing Like I put the note saying extra drizzle that means extra drizzle that doesn’t mean put nothing in there and then same thing with the poutine. I ordered a mini poutine and it was like I ordered extra gravy with it and there was like next to no gravy in the poutine also very depressing you guys Used to have such amazing food and now it’s like you guys are doing poor quality like what is happening Like literally my sandwich was so dry. I was very upset. I couldn’t even eat it.

I’m warning y’all do not eat here, I saw the man in the kitchen scrap his spatula on the garbage. And i heard from a friend of the owner that they do not care about hygiene, how they have not been shut down is a great question…
