Total disappointment when ordering a tray paisa without any flavor in the beans, the hard rice that I can think of is from the previous day. Thank goodness there are other restaurants in Plaza Latina that I had to opt elsewhere and spend my money.

It seems like they tend to "forget certain items" when you ask for takeout. Ordered Bandeja Paisa when I got home after 20 min drive, no beans (frijoles) from the previous comment it seemed like it was the same issue. Dont play sneaky customers will catch on. Give what people pay for dont try and be sneaky.. its not how you do business. 2/10 for bad customer service.

I ordered a bandeja paisa today and it was so bad the meat was dry and chewy the plate entirely was bad I also I ordered a Sancocho soup and it was extremely salty, I never leave comments but my whole order was bad, I hate that I wasted my money
I've been here twice. First time I ordered shrimp rice. This was suppossed to come with a salad(which I didn't get) and plantains (got one). Second time I ordered a bandeja paisa over the phone so it would be ready for pick up. They said they would have 8t ready In 20 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later it still wasn't ready...yet they were giving bandejas to uber delivery people....so so dissapointed and rude. Then I get home, and I dont even have plantains...mostly rice. All that for $20?! What a rip-off. Needs better dishes...better customer service...and you should get the full meal. Dont take advantage of customers who are taking the food to go. And if you are delayed, or there are missing items, let people know...replace the item..and apologize!
