I went for a holiday work party. The food and service was very good. The atmosphere was great and it really is a nice spot for gatherings. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing! A must try!

Pizza is good that’s about the best thing I can say from my experience. Service was awful. Didn’t provide menus until we asked, no cutlery until we asked, asked a few times for the bill, food was entered incorrectly

Reliable authentic Italian food. Great pizza. Friendly staff. Only regret is that prior to the move to Dufferin & Lawrence area they were much closer to my Thornhill home. Keep up the great work Gus and Co. !

Everything was very good. Only thing that surprised us was that bread wasn’t served complimentary at the table. If we wanted bread we had to pay for it. Seemed very out of place for an Italian restaurant

We didn’t have a reservation on a Friday evening, which may have been our mistake, but when we entered there was no host and wasn’t given an estimated wait time until 10 minutes after walking in. The host was a server and host at the same time and was quite frazzled from the business. We managed to sit briefly at the bar, but the counter had no room for us to order as cups and drinks covered the whole space. The bartender looked confused and slightly annoyed when we asked for a menu as we still wasn’t sure when we would be seated. Once we got a patio table, the server was also not very focused on our service and split water all over our table. She IDed us and got confused about our age, even though we were more than legal to drink alcohol. I also ordered my pasta with sausage which she forgot to input and luckily comped me for it after it was given on the side. The food was alright, I’ve have better pasta and still finished everything. Can’t complain as the price was pretty good (24 dollars before the meat) for the Vodka Pasta. Overall, I felt the staff were poorly trained for a Friday night rush and made up with their kindness but not enough for me to return. Also, their menu prices were not updated online and was slightly surprised to see it higher than expected when already sat and finally getting our menu.

It was the First time visiting this restaurant on Dufferin Street. My attention was directed immediately to how loud and noisy the restaurant was while waiting to be seated. Secondly the staff seems to be inexperienced and disorganized. We had to actually get up and ask for bottled water at the bar after requesting it from the waitress 3 times. All the guests commented on how salty all the food was. My seafood pasta dish was very sad, not much spaghetti and no calamari tentacles in my dish, only tough undercooked rings, can make a better one at home. Appetizers and most of our mains were good but overall, overpriced and terrible untrained staff. Just not a great experience.
