I was very excited to go out for sushi for the first time and I had high hopes of getting a great meal. This would be my first experience with Japanese cuisine, and I've always been interested in different types of food. The restaurant was close to my house so it seemed like a perfect location for me. There were some different dishes on the menu that caught my eye, but nothing quite struck me as delicious enough to make me want to order it.

1. the karaage fried chicken at this restaurant taste gross2. There is plastic chip or fish bone in rice, and I asked servers about it, she told me it could be possible that I put it in the food.Really amazing customer service!

The restaurant was renamed “Chiba” at least two years ago. Food is excellent. Fresh fish for a wide variety of sushi, sashimi and rolls. Also great prepared foods including bento boxes. Very tasty fish, beef, chicken and vegetable dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Takeout only until Covid-19 restrictions are lifted but well worth going for takeout or ordering through delivery services

Went in with 3 friends on a Wednesday for all you can eat lunch. Did not get 1/3 of the items we asked for and they took so long to come to pick up our next order. When they finally came by, they rushed us saying it's going to be dinner menu soon. The manager is rude (I've been here for bubble tea before) Sushi was average, there are way better options around the area.

The sushi is delicious and great value. However, I don’t recommend this Presotea location cause they seem to water down the drink.

I had went in with my aunt 2 months ago and when they brought me my sushi, I was not at all satisfied as the person preparing the sushi decided since it was the end of the night to give me the stale salmon. The salmon had horrible texture and you could tell it wasn't fresh. I brought it up to him to show him and he argued with me for a good 15 minutes until he decided to give me a new one with the salmon which I saw was fresh and still covered up. The moment I turned my back to go to my seat I saw him starting to use the old fish again so I stood over him so he does his job right. I personally wanted to walk out and not even pay them because they didn't do a good job at all and ruined my appetite after arguing for so long. Very bitter experience. I don't recommend anyone going there. In the 2 pictures below you can see how my salmon had a brownish tinge to it while the other was fresh. I expect you to do the job right if I'm paying you for a service. Not give me attitude and push your expired salmon on my plate.

Our go-to sushi place after my husband's ball game. Place has good ambiance. People are welcoming, and they serve sumptuous food that's reasonably priced. We ordered the chick n'egg ramen and enoki beef don today, and it didn't disappoint. Itadakemasu!
The establishment looks very nice and I liked the service too.I this may be a cultural thing but I like being left alone when I eat.The sushi was about average.It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great:Don't expect Toro nigiri to be melting on your tongue.But it was decent and satisfied me.Don't be fooled by all the 5 star ratings. They have a promotion instore where if you rate them 5 stars on Google maps you get a free soda.

Went for the all you can eat lunch for around 12:30. My experience here was pretty bad, I don’t think I’ll be going here again for sushi. The wait staff had to ask management what the all you can eat lunch entails because they were not sure. The all you can eat price is the highest I’ve seen in the city for lunch at $20 per person. I have been to many better all you can eat sushi restaurants for a cheaper cost in this city. I went with a friend and there was only 1 other table of 4 in the restaurant at this time. The service was extremely slow and the wait staff had forgotten to bring most of our orders, we kept having to ask them where our order was! Though the female that served us was nice.The sushi was not fresh at all. Very dry and very small portions in comparison to other places.

They do not give you all the items you order. If I ordered 6 pieces of chicken teriyaki they would only provide me with 3. I also do not recommend going in at nighttime, the dinner prices are outrageous, nearly $42, and the tip was already put in for me! 1 star for service, 3 stars for food quality. I have also have seen on the school page that employees get treated badly, all the tips go to the owner! Do not recommend

If it was possible to give them no stars, I would. The service was terrible, I had to ask for Tea three times, the third time I had to ask from across the room because cleaning a table seemed more important. The food was so cheap on ingredients that there was no reason to even serve what they said they offer. Not everything came out but when we asked, they said that it was everything. And when it came to paying they didn't even bother bringing our change back. Please don't waste your time or money.
