I visited this location today and the lady working behind the counter I believe she was the manager solved and issue with my order I forgot to tell them I was allergic she jumped right in and fixed my order, great customer service skills !! Food was amazing thanks again I’ll be coming back

I recently ordered from Mr. Greek ( Sheppard Location)and was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and service. From the moment I opened the package, the authentic aromas of Greece filled my kitchen.
I ordered Gyro Bar Package, and it was delicious and fresh. The beef was perfectly seasoned and juicy, tzatziki was creamy, tangy, and the perfect complement to the meal.
What stood out the most was the attention to detail in both flavor and presentation. It felt like I was enjoying a meal on a sunny Greek island!
The portions were generous, and everything arrived hot and well-packaged. I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending this spot to anyone looking for high-quality Greek cuisine in Toronto.

I don't usually write reviews for large chains, but this Mr Greek is special. Their food is almost always excellent (be sure to specify what you need, especially their trademark "re sauce") and I rarely sit down so it's just an economical hearty meal. But once on a while a small gesture goes a long way. Tonight, I placed what i thought was my usual order, but the kitchen got it wrong and it was not ready when I arrived. I wasn't in a huge hurry so I waited patiently (I think) and when it was ready, I got up to pay and go.
Two things happened.
We were chatting about a recent mishap where two of my fingers were cut, and the bandage had fallen off one, and just like that they gave me bandages to help protect my finger.
And then they decided that because they made me wait (and it really wasn't that long) to give me a discount on the meal.
Truly, either gesture would be appreciated, but to do both is to special NOT to deem noteworthy. The Persian manager whose name I can't recall is always lovely to me, friendly and helpful, and makes sure I am happy with my order. And the portions are generous, where one order will give even the hungriest of us two meals. With shrinkflation and increased prices everywhere else, this is a VERY good value, whether you are single like me, or a family (not like me).
I am sorry to be "leaving" this place (they are opening up a new location half the distance to my home) but to anyone in the Yonge Sheppard/Finch area, I cannot recommend Mr. Greek Express enough. Yes, it's a chain. No, you don't feel it. They will take very good care of you. ευχαριστώ!

Friday night dinner and we were craving for Greek Cuisine haven’t tried this place before, but it was close to our home ! We ordered the chicken souvlaki, and the Giros with rice with traditional Greek Salad that had cheese in it. The food was delicious and the Portion was big and the chicken souvlaki was very tender and juicy. Enjoyed everything ,Server was very friendly and price was fair for what we ate. We will come back again to other meals on the menu for sure. Highly recommended.
