Just because I ordered a BOGO doesn't mean you blatantly cut corners to save that cost. You really diced my tomatoes? There's barely any toppings in my sub. Where's the marinara sauce I asked for? It felt like eating dry meat and bread.

I submitted a complaint through the website like the owner said on 11 June 25. I got a response on 17 June 25 from Chris Larentzakis saying to submit photos and that he will review further. It is now 31 July 25 and I have not gotten a reply back since. I've asked for updates multiple times. I have now attempted to message Mr Sub on their official Facebook account for an answer.

There is a woman here who is forced to work. It is not the young girl who is standing there, it is the other old Asian woman who is very disrespectful. And I think she is forced to work here. If she does not want to work or if she is not satisfied with her husband at night, she has no right to be disrespectful to anyone because of this.

This happens all the time at this location. They never pay attention to what they are doing or what the customer asks for. The owner or owner's old daughter is always working and she always seems annoyed to have customers. She has screwed up my order several time and tonight I got an ultimate club and she forgot to put ham on the sub. I paid $18 for a sub with two pieces of turkey and two pieces of roast beef. Only go to this location if you want to waste your money. Hopefully they lose enough business to realize their customers matter. I won't be going back to this location. I would rather drive an extra 15 min and get quality rather than waste my money here.
