This happens all the time at this location. They never pay attention to what they are doing or what the customer asks for. The owner or owner's old daughter is always working and she always seems annoyed to have customers. She has screwed up my order several time and tonight I got an ultimate club and she forgot to put ham on the sub. I paid $18 for a sub with two pieces of turkey and two pieces of roast beef. Only go to this location if you want to waste your money. Hopefully they lose enough business to realize their customers matter. I won't be going back to this location. I would rather drive an extra 15 min and get quality rather than waste my money here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First they gave me someone else order then I re ordered my subs and the quality is disgusting. Cold when the meat should be warm and who puts cheddar cheese on a meatball sub? Are you new to Canada or something? Absolutely disgusting food. Don't eat here
When we came to place our order, they helped us to choose a sandwich individually to suit our taste. The sandwiches are incredibly large and delicious. The price is pleasantly surprising. And the staff is very friendly. We sincerely recommend this place!!!!

Am a customer who comes here all the time today i ordered a 12 inch sub and the guy give me mashed up bread a part of the bread missing and also after that was going to sever me brown lettuce i just walker out was better when a older gentleman used to be at this restaurant

Excellent service and quality of ingredients. The lettuce in the tray was a little bit browned (it happens, not their fault). I pointed this out and the guy making my sandwich immediately grabbed some romaine from the salad ingredients and broke it up for my sandwich.
