It is unacceptable that the owner leaves only one employee to handle all orders. There was a line of 5-6 people, and the wait times were ridiculous—it took 25 minutes for my order to be completed. Your policy of prioritizing walk-ins caused significant delays, with customers waiting over 20 minutes. This led to unnecessary confrontations and put undue pressure on the employee, who was clearly overwhelmed.
I strongly suggest you reconsider this policy. No employee should feel afraid of losing their job for being unable to keep up in such unreasonable conditions. Poor management like this leads to a terrible customer experience.
I give this place 1 star as the experience was terrible.

This location is probably one of the most filthiest restaurants I've ever visited. Every area of this restaurant was dirty which includes the floor, tables, chairs, ceilings and even behind the counter. You can see by the pictures that I'm not even exaggerating! Those tomatoes were practically dissolving! The sauce bottles appear that they have not been cleaned in several months! The Debit Terminal is not secured so criminals can easily access/replace the machine with a fraudulent one. You can clearly see that the counters have not been wiped in a long while. It scares me to think what the back area looks like. I would not recommend this location, there are plenty of other locations that take more pride in their restaurants' appearance.
Parking: Parking lot isn't space-lined, you just have to find a place to park. There's also a big pothole as you're leaving the parking lot.

The food was all soggy and I found a hair I was disgusted by this place it was so smelly and it tasted so bad
Ate a Louisiana Pepper Chicken sub. A nice spicy heat to it, and the brownie and drink were great. No good lettuce. The bathroom was a little messy, but service was good.
