Tapioca is off the charts. Some toppings were unavailable. The venue is gorgeous. Love the tea flavours. The cheese foam is legendary. Richest anywhere around but can't have it everyday.

I had the roasted milk tea and it was delicious! I like how their menu has suggestions on the best sweetness level for each drink. The guy taking the orders/making the teas also gave great suggestions and really knew about the menu in depth!

Mr Sun green tea was the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. It does not taste like tea, it tastes more like Sprite or cider, and was a bit carbonated (?!) not worth the $9
Staff was impatient. I asked for a topping to be added, she said “it’s not allowed” and left it at that. Only after awkwardly probing her, she said it’s only “allowed” if I upside.

The drinks were good but the service was poor. My friend asked what toppings do you reccomened and the cashier just pointed to all the toppings on the menu. I would still come here again but didn’t appreciate the service.

I go there from time to time and always loved their drink, 5/5 for that; but recently I just found out that one of their employees DOES NOT WASH HAND AFTER USING THE BATHROOM! (male employee with glasses)
EDIT: Since owner asked for proof - I was working near the employee's washroom (not the public one where all customers use) where the sound insulation is very weak. The moment the toilet flushed the employee walked out, while the toilet is still flushing. Please interpret with this information with your own judgement.
