Best baclava outside the Middle East I’ve ever had. Get two boxes for sure, as one isn’t enough ;). You won’t regret it!
7 pieces of baklava ( 4 of which were the small square pieces ) for $16 seems pretty steep. Store had an unpleasant smell and the worker wasn’t very friendly. Would not go back, unfortunately

I have bought desserts from here many times, but they always sold stale desserts as fresh and the employees were very sullen and aggressive. I definitely do not recommend it.

I came here a today and when I walked in and said hello to the lady who would be taking care of us, she looked sulky at me and didn't even want to answer me. I went there with all my positivity to buy my favorite cakes, but Natin Patisserie was a place where I loved buying its products for years, but unfortunately not having the same experience today saddened me, I hope you take this into consideration. If it continues like this, you will lose customers as your competitors increase in number. Besides, you have lost me and my friends. Please give importance to service, this is very important in a country like Canada!!

Terrible service, not even a greeting, no smile, just a women looking miserable. I literally was in a great mood thinking I’m gonna get my favourite pastry but no after all the negativity in her face with mo greeting nothing just standing around there I left immediately, they should consider hiring new people. Very terrible! She should have some manners as a worker and learn how to greet people!

We bought Şekerpare and kadayıf. It was stale and tasted so bad, we couldn't eat it. The inside of the shop also smelled.
