I went here a few days ago and got some poutine, the food was relatively good but they told me to wait 5 minutes, I ended up waiting 20 minutes till I finally got my order. They didn't apologize and even forgot my order and asked what I had gotten, I showed them the receipt then they finally started making it, the food itself was alright at best.

Spent 40 dollars today on 3 large orders. All of them cooked not to satisfactory. NOT EVEN BUSY. It was just me and workers decide to save themselves a few minutes by serving me under-cooked fries. I even asked them to leave it in there longer but, when I received my order a little early, I had my suspicions and checked right away. Throughly disappointed, do better. New York fries at this location has gone down hill throughout the years.

Even though they were closed, they still were able to offer me service and to give me some food!! Truly amazing staff, I would not recommend anyone else but these guys, A+ in customer service!!!
