Never answer there phone. Food is ok at best and the place is filled with drunks. Horrible dining experience.

Nice and Easy Restaurant's paper bag fried rice was a letdown. I was particularly disappointed by the clammy, tasteless rice and the chicken, which not only lacked flavour but also had an unappetising smell. I really should have gotten a photo, but the unexpected smell was quite distracting and I completely forgot. What really crossed the line, though, was their decision to include the pepper container directly in the food, all within that single paper bag – a big 'no' from me and quite unappetising.

Compounding the issues, the restaurant's dark and uninviting interior was already off-putting, but then I observed persons at a nearby table openly smoking both cigarettes and marijuana inside. This quickly made it clear that it's likely not a kid-friendly space, and the indoor smoking definitely made it even more unappealing to be inside.

While the food serving size was substantial enough for sharing, it felt like a clear case of quantity trumping quality. For a dish that seemingly catered to a Caribbean crowd, this simply missed the mark.

Worst food ever. Ordered 2 chicken fried in paper bag and a serving of fried chicken. Chicken was not fried in oil , looks like bake in oven. Never buying from there again.

This is the worst ever fried rice I ever had l drove all the way from Scarborough the rice was very, very hard chicken was stiff l do not recommend this place to no one.I could not give my children to eat that food or even my grandparents or parents.

Don't usually eat food anywhere or anytime I'm out,but had to try the food,since I hear different reviews from friends,so I went to try the fry rice & I can say,it's the best I'd tasted so far, and owner Andrew n wife,makes you feel very welcome, my score is 10 out of 10

Heard about the paper bag fried rice .Did not order and wait time was about 1 hour, the owner was very nice and hooked me up within 10 minutes.The food was ok and portions was good.

The food is not good here, soup was way too salty, fry chicken was off and the rice and pease wasn’t fresh. Place also needs a work, washroom wasn’t the cleanest. The cheff most definitely needs to be replaced or fired.

We dropped in here for lunch and had a great meal. My husband had the cow feet soup. He loved it and I tried a taste and found it was delicious. He also had the curried goat which was recommended by our server and he was equally impressed. I had sautéed shrimp and rice which was also delicious. The owner/cook modified the dish for food sensitivities that I have but still managed to make it very flavourful for me. All of the dishes were hearty sized servings. I would definitely go back there again.

Went for a function and the food was amaaaazing! Ordered for work in the am. Rice isn't fresh, jerk is dry and I done embarrassed myself infront of my coworkers. So it go sometime

I’ve been a regular costumer since may and One of the employees seems to always serve me bad quality food to me only. Every other time the food is good but it’s just with that one employee. I don’t know why. the atmosphere is always loud and obnoxious with customers acting like they own the place. And they always serve people who they either know or have the same background as them first before me even though I’ve been there first.If you’re white, I wouldn’t suggest going here
