We have visited this location and Yonge & Sheppard and are equally pleased with both. Excellent service, food and variety. Oysters are always well shucked and cleaned. Delicious east coast and west coast fresh oysters! Would also highly recommend octo wasabi appetizer and their Japanese sliders. Love the atmosphere of this place!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary there. We had a fantastic experience. Great food, great service, and our waitress even advised us against ordering a particular dish which I thought was going above and beyond. We also got a free piece of cheesecake with a candle to celebrate our anniversary, which made it truly special. Highly recommend.

We were a party of 4 and ordered about 8 different dishes to share and they were all pretty tasty. Outstanding dishes included the Pork Belly (so tender), Korean Steak Tartare, Ebi sliders and Monkfish tacos. The sushi rolls were good but nothing to write home about. Service was decent but we felt rushed when they informed us our reservation was limited to 2 hours and forced us to pay before we finished our meal.
Honestly I was super disappointed with the food tonight. I ordered the Cali-Donburi and struggled to eat it. When they served it, they informed me to mix it up, which I did but it was like they doused the entire bowl with mayo (both before and after it was mixed). It was barely edible — it literally felt like I was just eating mayo the whole time. While our server was sweet — she never once asked me if I enjoyed my food, instead she focused just on my friend. My friend ordered the Mac and Cheese and while it wasn’t bad, we’ve definitely had better. We came one time before and the food was fine — nothing to rave about, but today it honestly felt like such a waste of money. Will not be returning — especially for what they charge, you would expect higher quality food.
