We went back for a farewell brunch as they are closing and I just can't say enough about the staff at this location. Our server Eva was fantastic!! We will definitely miss coming here.

Three of our lunches were very good. Had my husband's Caesar salad been better our assessment would be more positive . The salad was very small and it had very little dressing on it. Our waitress was excellent . We probably should have complained but were reluctant to do so.

I've been going to this restaurant periodically for years but I must admit to being a bit disappointed. The food we had was very good. The lunchtime special was limited to one item and the desert options were cheesecake, carrot cake, or a brownie. I do remember when there was a lunchtime desert of three different, petit, options which I miss. We were seated behind the divide between reception and dining. There was a shelf with a Christmas tree on it that I faced but all I could see was dust......a bit off putting to say the least. I might expect it from a Mom and Pop operation but if you present yourself has “high end” with all that entails, cleanliness should be basic. Your mind automatically goes to, “What else isn't clean”........

My party of 3 had a reservation for 6 pm on a weeknight. Two of us waited until 6:15 for our 3rd person to arrive - fair enough, right? So at 6:15 when they arrived, we were given water...and more water.... Appetizer & main course order taken around 6:30, only 1 person had a glass of wine. Appetizers arrived approx 10 mins later. We were starving by this time so apps were consumed quickly. Then we waited... and waited... and waited. Finally the food arrived at 7:35 pm. No explanation. Two of the plates were cold (supposed to be hot) but one of them was warm. This was a VERY simple order - nothing fancy, no dietary restrictions - ravioli, pizza and grilled portobello with mashed potato. No apologies for terrible service. No complimentary drink or dessert due to long wait times. A dinner that should have taken no longer than 1 hour MAX start to finish ended up taking almost 2 hours...and was cold to boot. Was this poor service and food a result of the fact the restaurant is closing in the new year and no one really cared about the diners, I wonder??? I've had the pleasure of dining at several O&B restaurants - some good, some not so good - but this was the worst experience. Very very disappointed and would consider bypassing O&B in the future.

We celebrated our birthdays - Mother and Daughter. Our favourite restaurant. Have been celebrating all kinds of milestones over the years. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The food and wine are delicious And the ambience is lively and never too loud. We will truly miss this location . Great loss for the area.

I have always enjoyed the fantastic food, and service is very attentive. We used to go often to celebrate our birthdays and friendships. My work was just on Lesmill so it was a great choice. You always knew you would have a delicious meal and friendly staff. So sorry to hear you are closing but also look forward to trying your other Italian restaurant. Thanks you for all the years of great hospitality.

Had a chicken caesar salad, the chicken was dry. Caesar salad used to be excellent. They only used the heart of the romaine but not anymore. The pepperoni pizza was like those from fast food places.

On Saturday night of Dec 09/2023, we had i couple of guests at the Bayview village location. I wish we never went. with the exception of the Salmon the other 3 dishes were uneatable and most of the food went to the garbage. By the way, all of our orders were on the table within 40 minuets!! because the waiter was in a big rush. Never never again.

The liver/mashed potatoes was outstanding! Our server was delightful! Parking is so easy and accessible for everyone compared to most locations in the city. You can even do some other shopping while there.

Spaghetti, mushroom soup & artisan rolls were very good. Aged cheddar burger was overcooked & overpriced! I can get a better burger at DQ or Harvey's. The lunch menu was limited. There were no gourmet sandwiches.

We waited for our food for over an hour. Then, the food came undercooked. We ordered three orders, one order was supposed to be well done and got medium rare. My husband ordered medium well steak, he got medium rare, burned on the top and red inside. My daughter ordered medium well steak, she got medium rare. We also ordered fried calamari for an appetizer, and got grilled and burned calamari plate! It only had two pieces of calamari, the rest were beans. We didn't order beans plate for $25!! The restaurant wasn't that busy, so there was no reason to be so long. The coffee wasn't worth the money, it tasted more like water. It was our daughter's birthday, so we didn't want to cause the acene, because we expected much more from this high class restaurant. A very disappointing evening! Next time we will definitely think if we would come back. Not expected this at all from all the publicity. O & B needs to improve quickly. We paid a lot of money for our dinner, walked away disappointed and discouraged!!

AnotherWonderful dinner experience. Food was delicious, service was friendly and efficient, making a reservation was simple! Love this restaurant. Will really miss it. Hoping to enjoy at least one more meal before closing.

We went for brunch as a group of 5 last weekend and we all were super frustrated with the quality of service and food. The server got 3 of our orders wrong, we had to ask multiple times for coffee and water refill. And worst of all all their glasses had an awful eggy smell.

1) Good mushroom soup, pasta And kids meal2) Low quality brunch dish "SMOKED SALMON BENNIES"Potatoes were dry, soaked English muffins on 1 side, tiny portion of greens, and acceptable-only presentation (egg fell off from the muffin before the dish landed my table)Maybe it is because it will be closing on Jan 1, 2024?I came here 5 years ago and it was much better!
